When it comes to UFO information being shared truthfully, don't look to government or any institutions to do that! There have been disinfo smokescreen operations on this subject for many decades now...
I'd say, though, when it comes to UFOs, whether man-made or ET or interdimensional, it is probably going to be used by the military and other shadowy groups as psychological warfare somehow. That's probably why it is happening more and more now. They are getting us conditioned for something already planned...
