When the CIA tell you that their MK-Ultra programs weren't successful then they're lying - of course. What did you expect them to do? Disinformation is an essential aspect of their job, and the public has always been perceived by them as the enemy anyway.

This file looks highly credible to me. I've done quite some experiments with hypnosis, and I think a mind controlled assassin could be created by hypnosis alone - and there are many other methods on top of that - many of them may be combined resulting in a synergistic effect.

There may be thousands if not millions of sleepers out there just awaiting instructions to kill someone, trigger a bomb or even a portable nuclear device or release a deadly biological warfare agent. In the context of their "externalization of the hierarchy" it can be expected that most of the elite's techniques of mind control are being externalized also. Many of these methods can be implemented by subliminal messages in the media.

Their infamous "666-chip" will be marketed as a means for electronic financial transactions but in truth it will be an essential component for the implementation of their mind control - level 4 (see text). Do you remember the scene in the movie The Matrix where agents actually take over other people's bodies and morph into them? This is what can be done with mind control. Of course this process doesn't manifest as a "physical morphing" but as a "mental morphing". Your personality will be taken over by another personality - you may not even notice this. Although the process itself may result in some inner emotional conflicts and some muscular tension. This process is commonly also referred to as "demonic possession". Of course there are also other types of demonic possession.
