After more than 10 years as an independent researcher and research analyst into many areas of paranormal and unexplained phenomenon, Rob earned a legal degree, moved to Sedona Arizona in the late 1990's and began working for the civil activist organization, Citizens Against UFO Secrecy (CAUS) and its director, Peter Gersten. His work involved liaisons with many other research groups, coordination of media, direct contact with witnesses, abductees, government insiders and high-level military officials whose stories can now be told. CAUS was the first UFO organization to use the legal system by bringing lawsuits against the Department of Defense and the Air Force to expose the government's cover-up of the extraterrestrial phenomenon. CAUS was featured regularly on Art Bell and countless other radio and TV programs nationally and internationally for the organization’s use of the legal system to end the government’s secrecy and cover up of the extra-terrestrial phenomenon.

Rob has traveled through 27 countries exploring the most mysterious and sacred places on Earth and the un-explained phenomenon that surrounds them during a 3 year trip around the world. He investigated local, cultural and historical links to the unexplained, paranormal and extraterrestrial components of many ancient civilizations and belief systems. This included gathering first-hand accounts from indigenous peoples and tribal elders of unexplained and paranormal components of ancient civilizations and the historical links to the major religions and belief systems. A special focus of Rob's research is on the ET/supernatural aspects of Islam and the origins of the Holy Koran.

Rob has hosted radio shows in Australia, Katmandu Nepal on HBC FM, and currently in London England on 104.4 FM where he talks with the most interesting people on the planet.

He was recently included in FATE Magazine's Top 100 Ufologists along with Dan Aykroyd, Zecharia Sitchin and Steven Spielberg. He is Executive Director of Universal Sound and Light Productions and founder of The Association of Independent Researchers (AIR). He now lives in Los Angeles where he continues to produce radio and television projects related to the field. Rob has been featured in UFO Magazine, UK, Fate Magazine, Japan's Nippon TV, China's CCTV 6, Channel 4 UK, and recently on the 2-hour History Channel program "Decoding The Past".
