conscious efforts of two polar beings forming one Microcosmos. Fundamental
importance of finding and recognizing the polar being. Prerequisite:
renouncing free movements. Criteria of polarity. Crossing the first
Threshold needs renunciation; the second Threshold needs a positive
program.
