the claim says any water. Id like to see how you get rid of all the impurities in the water to get it to separate efficiently. It is a solution remember. In other words it REALLY loves to stick together, and to other things. VERY stable.

The electron has been around for a very long time. Its very easy to manipulate. Id rather have something that just runs without needing a water supply. bloody awefull if you're caught out in a desert. I always thought you could tap into the static electricity brought about from the tires moving on the road. lots of energy stored in there.

One version doesn't acutally use water, just the hydrogen. However, static electricity sounds great.
