Quote:You would have to smoke so much that the carbon monoxide built up enough to starve your brain of oxygen. I have no idea, but it's irrelevant, since smoking anything in sufficient quantities would do the same thing.

The only problem with cannabis is that when smoked heavily & chronically, it can be counterproductive - but you could say the same for almost any other drug. At least with cannabis, you won't be a danger to others in that state...

Vaporize that shit
The first step to revolution is consciousness,
So I wont stop screaming at you until this all make sense.

Nice answers, I like Easys explanation. Another question, why is this considered a 'drug' if it can be healthy for you. I ask this because drugs are against my religion and I wonder why; is it because of the altered state of consciousness or the harmful effects from misusing it?

Those questions can also be refuted, misusing sugar can be harmful and meditation alters your state of consciousness.

I just wanna say that where I live, North-East Ohio, marijuana is pretty much 100% decriminalized. I won't go that into it, but from personal stories, I've known people caught with anything from a gram up to 2 ounces and all that ever comes of it is a fine, you can walk around smoking a blunt in public (not just your porch, I mean anywhere outside of buildings) and no one will bother you, my point is I'll believe it when I see it, this kind of legislation comes up every so often, enforcing it would be so difficult, whether it passes is a different story.
