Chemtrails: List of UK Biological Warfare Tests Conducted In Populated Areas: 1949-1976
Those interested in 'Chemtrails' often cite Porton Down's extensive series of Cold War Public Area Biological Warfare experiments as evidence of a clandestine Governmental spraying programme.

As there appears to be some confusion as to the size and number of these experiments, I've complied a list of known Porton Down public area BW experiments which will hopefully clarify matters.

The following is the result of 11 years exhaustive research, which has involved the use of:- political lobbying; the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information; the UK Freedom of Information Act (which came into force during January 2005); Written Parliamentary Questions; The National Archive (formerly the PRO).

The list contains only the details of those Porton Down Public Area Biological Warfare experiments which were conducted during the years 1949-1976. Details of further Porton Down public area BW experiments (if any) have not yet been made available to the public.

It is important to recognise that the experiments used BW 'simulants'* and not real BW agents.

[*A Biological Warfare 'simulant' is a supposedly harmless substance which mimics the physical properties of a real BW agent. Some BW simulants, such as EC, BG, SM, are capable of causing adverse health effects in susceptable individuals. Others (such as FP - aka Zinc Cadmium sulphide) are known hazardous chemical compounds)]

It is also very important to understand that the column entitled - 'Source Location' - only shows the location of the source of the often massive aerosol clouds. The aerosols themselves were often carried up to 100 miles downwind of the source location (sometimes 200+ miles). Sampling of bacterial aerosols at distances of 50+ miles proved that the clouds still contained a high concentration of what Porton refer to as 'an appreciable dose of viable bacteria'.

1949-1976 whaaaat... disposing of Illuminati corporate waste since then.
How smart are they.
And the UFO saucer from Von Braun's New Mexico didn't need hiding behind a cloud maker
from way beyond 1945 when he got started in America with his foo planes.

Some cool foo (lights in the sky) shots:

No needed for cloud making at night.

No need to hide UFOs as jets cause the anti Tesla Free Energy UFO Conspiracy says there are no UFOs
relating to Tesla, of all people.

Right there rocky.

Perhaps Beerdwarf was implying that this list may convince people that the UK Government, and their agencies, have conducted a great number of secret experiments in populated areas of the UK (a fact of which the vast majority of UK residents are still unaware) - what's more, the list brings to public attention proof that these experiments involved the dissemination of massive aerosols of BW simulants, some of which (such as E.coli MRE162, Bacillus globigii, Serratia marcescens, Zinc Cadmium sulphide) are capable of causing adverse health effects in susceptable individuals.

Yes. Thirty-two years ago.

T&L - cool foo. It's the field around a UFO, all right. WTF is that to do with the thread?

As I've already mentioned, we only learn of these tests when the MOD decide to declassify them. To date, the MOD have only declassified material relating those public area BW field trials conducted up until the year 1976 (although some scientific reports, such as those for the 1975 DICE trials, still remain classified). It is known that further experiments were conducted, but so far the associated scientific reports remain classified.

In fact, the author of the MOD commissioned 1999 Independent Review is of the opinion that biological detection experiments “are going on all of time”.

That’s the problem with government secrecy - you don't find out what they've been up to for a long time after the event. This is one reason why I've published the list; to help people become aware that as such a thing happened in the past, it may happen again.

Hopefully the list will enable UK residents to be more sceptical when they hear military scientists use the old cover stories of ‘meteorological experiments’ or “investigations of atmospheric pollution” (I can imagine Porton having a good chuckle over the latter bending of the truth).

As you know full well, it remains official UK Government policy to permit Porton Down scientists to conduct large-scale BW experiments, should the Ministry of Defence deem it necessary.

After the events of August, it can't be ruled out that, sooner or later, the MOD will become so concerned that they initiate the drafting of proposals for new series of large-scale public area BW detection trials.

Yes. Spot on. Very good. You're better when you don't lean to smearing me by association.

I'm busy drafting a series of FAQs, which will hopefully correct a few myths and misconceptions which surround these UK BW experiments. Hopefully, you'll find this thread of interest as well.

Either way, I'd be grateful for any serious input. ;)
