I'm using KAT as an emergency backup tracker for now.

My creative flow just cannot be blocked like that or else I'll explode.

If you're interested, then go here for my ultra-meaningful contributions:

I would suggest including the ConCen tracker urls on your new torrents. They won't work at the moment, but you could just upload the torrent when we get the sew setup in place and all will be good.

Thanks for all of your good uploads in the past. Clap

The back door they used was through a SQL injection vulnerability in TorrentTrader. BitCoin had zero to do with it.

Browsers don't like our SSL cert because it is self signed. We do it ourselves for free instead of paying out the ass to have a company do it for us.

Soon, we hope.
Thanks for bearing with us in the downtime.

No it isn't. Maybe your ISP is blocking it. Have you tried to access it via TOR?

They're not stopping you unless you let them. You need to tell Firefox and Chrome that you trust the certificate. Once you do that, you'll be able to connect just as you would without HTTPS.

This is true for almost every site out there - almost nobody spends the hundreds of dollars in annual fees required to get a certificate signed by the "Certificate Authorities", who can't be trusted anyway!

This is not true. All passwords are hashed and salted even before they leave your computer.

Edit: I assumed that MyBB hashed and salted the password using JavaScript before it is sent to the site. I was wrong!

Apparently the arrogant assholes who developed MyBB think that it's a waste of time because someone could simply use the hashed+salted token to log into the site anyway. Their arrogance prevents them from understanding the obvious - from a cracker's POV, having someone's cleartext password is always better than only having a hashed+salted one. This is especially true if the salt is changed each session, which is easy to do.

Even TorrentTrader, with all its faults, sends a hashed password salted with a token only used for that session. If TT can do it, why not MyBB?

Shame on MyBB!
