So... if CBC, a Canadian crown/gov corporation, is putting this in the public space, I suspect it's because "the big boys" are preparing us for a change in the system. At the same time, they probably will punish a few scapegoats in the process. Could also be a changing of the guard?

The banking system, as we know it, may be on its last stretch. Something less conspicuous with more hidden loopholes with replace it so the rules can continue doing what they do, while Mr. Joe public beLIEves that the "evil problem" has been fixed.

Do you have an alternative hypothesis?

I think there may be a push to nationalize the central banks while pushing more debt onto the punters.

As for the CBC putting this out, it's a shame that Neil Macdonald does a three part series on banksters but fails to even mention the toxic derivitives scams that were the real cause, or the rampant criminal behaviour which is endemic to Wall St., or that the reason all this printed money is doing nothing to help the "economy" is because none of it is making it to Main St.

I'm wondering when there's going to be a full accounting for where all this money is actually going. I suspect it's going into the pockets of banksters so they can buy real assets for pennies on the dollar while they keep awarding themselves insane "bonuses".
