Logic, Knowledge, Motives, and Society
The basis for solutions is found in logic and knowledge. As such, a society with a goal ought to have this in mind when determining solutions and determining which solutions to follow. I wrote an article on this: http://persistencesociety.com/articles/logic-Knowledge-Motives-Society

BTW, to the admin that moved the former threads into one:

The point of separating the threads was not to monopolize this board. I, sorry to say, could do that with a single thread. Instead, the point was a matter of capture and localize. That is, the title "persistence society" may not lead to interest in some people, but other titles might, which might subsequantly lead them to be interested in the persistence society topic. Additionally, by having separate threads, it is clear which comment is to which article. Additionally, I imagine large threads (lots of text) can be disconcerting to some. I do recognize that by having the articles in one thread, those who subscribed to the thread will have alerts, but there is so little activity on this forum category I don't think there is a need for the alerts. Nonetheless, I imagine I will find this thread in the persistence society thread shortly - hahahaha.

Most people use the View Today's Posts link at the upper left, so the number of posts in a particular category is not as relevant as one would think.

Strong Government, Weak Officials
In an adverse climate of aggressive nations, it is necessary that a society's government be strong enough to resist aggressing nations. However, with strong government comes the potential for tyranny. In this article, I describe a system to prevent that potential:

If you can controvert any points in any of my articles, please make me aware of how. Also, if you agree with these articles, do spread the ideas and try to come up with your own ideas. Protesting in an attempt to bring down a system is only useful if you have a system in mind to replace the existing one - ignoring the fact that protesting alone is essentially an impotent act nowadays.

Ownership
It seems that determining what ownership is and how it could/should be used in society is a failed prerequisite for a lot of the torrents I've seen on concen over the years dealing with ownership/property or "sovereignty". I have an article exploring ownership and its role in society: http://persistencesociety.com/articles/ownership

Also, I have added audios to the various articles for those too accustomed to the ease of not having to read anything; presumably as a result of watching too much youtube.

RE: The Fallacy of a Return to the Constitution
I guess you cannot sum up your basic thesis.

Go watch a youtube video or something. If you are too lazy to read enough of the paper to say anything about it, I don't care for your opinion anyways.
