Not so sure if it is the Jews, Judaism has taken the brunt of some offensive actions and there is a general hatred for Judaism that appears to be in play here too but there is an attack on Christianity (culturally and forcefully), whether it is to create regional polarization for a holy war, to wipe out, absorb Christians into a new world religion.

We're seeing talk of Church unification once again to better centralize the doctrine and I have seen a significant rise in ideological propaganda (green movement, globalism ..) from within Christian publications I have kept tabs on. Media takes a lot of jabs at Christianity too, insulting their intelligence, associating them to crimes etc..

There is a certain grudge against Jews from Christians. if your relatives dobbed in someone's living extension of god to "the man" of the time, some might not look too kindly on you. however, the idea of all jews NOT being the children of god and only one is could grate on the ego too. I think there is plenty axes needing a grind surrounding this.

culturally speaking Jews have less to complain about with the Muslim faith as both accept each other's prophets. present conditions seem to be the main reason but its more to do with a country rather than a faith.

There is a reason why Jews historically have been expelled from numerous lands. I guess the inhabitants are fed up with a bunch of inbred, unhygienic, greedy, self-centered people who always want to control the money supply and can not be trusted.

Oh those words hurt given I am partially descended from Jews but it is all so true.

Are you serious? Those were a lot of nasty generalisations there. Especially as they apply to... yep, you got it, Max Gerson and his whole family, being as they are European Jews!

Serious? Probably not. And I did say that does not refer to all Jews, my own grandmother being a Polish Jew and an honest one at that. So indeed I would not place the Gerson under the same umbrella. Yes there were many generalisations there. Perhaps I was lashing out as I am pissed at the name they give themselves as a race and it is not only a minority and has repeated itself many times throughout history. How many Jewish people do you know? I know or have known many throughout my life and indeed the majority look upon non-Jews with disdain as though they are superior to them. The Talmud and tradition teaches them to believe this. That is not a generalisation.

I have known a fair few people of Jewish decent, and our local town gets a lot of Orthodox Jewish youth groups in the summers. I even have family (through marriage) who are messianic Jews. But I thought we were talking about a religion!?!

The Hebrew race is a race, but the "Jewish Race" is still questionable, as in reality they are at most simply Semitic people (there are of course valid questions about the lineage of many European Jews, especially those from the Khazars), and of course Semitic is a racial term that can be applied to a wide range of people, not all Jewish, of course.
