Incognito - debian based Linux OS made with privacy in mind.
I stumbled across this while browsing Distrowatch.com.

I didnt try it myself yet but thought it might be interesting for the nerdier conspiracy buffs here (myself included) Wink

It is a Linux OS based on Debian meant to be booted from a USB-stick or a CD, which means that you don't have to wipe your existing OS off the computer, just put the USB stick in the slot, set bios to boot from usb first and off you go!
If you want to boot windows again, just shut down, remove USB-stick and start your computer again and you are back in your normal OS.
Details on how to make a bootable USB stick is on their webpage.
From the description:
"The (Amnesic) Incognito Live System is a Debian-based live CD/USB with the goal of providing complete Internet anonymity for the user. The product ships with several Internet applications, including web browser, IRC client, mail client and instant messenger, all pre-configured with security in mind and with all traffic anonymised. To achieve this, Incognito uses the Tor network to make Internet traffic very hard to trace."

Some other little older Linux OS made for privacy:
Ubuntu Privacy Remix: https://www.privacy-cd.org/
Privatix Live-System: http://www.mandalka.name/privatix/index.html.en
