@agorrel, I am an Englishman, and I understood it as a friendly joke due to the use of the term "piss off". If you can't, I'd suggest to move along sir.

I know, my best mate is Irish, and I live in Wales, where it's also said a lot. I think it's a UK thing (which obviously slips over to the Rep. of Ireland due to the English language and close proximity).

what is most telling, and I read this entire thread, is that some of the more popular and outspoken members of the tracker have been 'Banned'. a line thru there names. why? arbitrery system of banning people that don't get as foul mouthed as the ones with more stars under there names. is this what concen dissolves into? I feel for all you guys .... 'AJ' himself would be proud of the progress! I do not want to end up on the receving end of the tempers here

RE: Orgni Yeti open challenge radio interview
@agorrel, clearly you are here to argue. I'd suggest not, and rather, settle in, find your way around, have some conversations, and further the community as a whole. Just because a member is "popular", though I'm unsure how you are measuring such popularity, it doesn't give them more rights than any other user here.

Even moderators get booted (and have been many times) for improper behaviour and/or abusing moderator privileges. It's all about the community as a whole, not just the (less than 100) users who comment on the tracker.

Then why try to inflame them with comments like that?

I love how people who sped their entire time around here on the tracker who know nothing about what happens behind the scenes make assumptions about why things happen the way they do. It wasn't that long ago when a bunch of people on the tracker had Yeti's back and people on the forum were all pissed off at him. Now it seems that has changed sides. In both cases, the Tracker denizens seemed to know jack shit. I appreciate those of you who have shown up looking for an explanation and have gone on to voice themselves in a rational way about their concerns and interests, but filling up the forum with spite and anger is getting no one nowhere. In fact, (knowing Yeti,) the fact that people are spewing venom without a modicum of flexibility to the point that they get themselves banned will most likely push their suggestions and input farther and farther away from the final resolution of the issue.

Basically, if you can't handle yourself civilly, without blatant or veiled insults, you won't be listened to, and chances are if you keep it up, you won't have a voice here at all.

h3rm35 ,

Get a life. And yes, that was said in a civil way. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and I am of the opinion that I dislike you.

Apart from that, this issue with the comments appears to be final, therefor there's no need for me to keep checking in about it.

night everyone

No, not racist.
I was a member of a popular forum which was created for England but hosted in the Netherlands and had been booted myself from there several times ( 6 ? ) because, frankly, the way in which the English ( and Irish, and Scottish ) people on that forum communicated was at first a bit offensive to what I had been used to, and visa versa.
I spent a couple of years on that forum until they got new management and "locked it down" and started over.
Now that I know where you are from I somewhat know what to expect from you in the way you verbalize your thoughts based on my experience there.

The only reason I joined that forum is because several of their members decided to "have some fun" with a forum I was Admining at the time and one of those not so bright members decided to put a link back to there in his signature when they invaded my forum and I was curious as these were not the regular porntards I was used to expelling... And in fact I ended up respecting one of them greatly for his knowlege of computer hardware and software even though we did not see eye to eye at all... Especially on the subject of 9/11, which I tried to stay away from until some asked or made a wise crack. ( they were all tired of hearing about it )

I know! Nuts right?!?

I do know for a fact though, as most of my friends who I've got to join, they generally choose to be in the camp we have dubbed "the silent majority" is in part due to the drama and insulting that constantly gets stirred up on the tracker.

Many silent users are fearful of expressing themselves due to the high possibility that they could be subject to attack themselves. And in my experience, n00b's can be easy targets for those here to argue.

And yet, at least one of my friends, who has never commented ONCE, has donated to the site. Actually, look at the donations list (top 30) on the tracker, and you will notice, most rarely comment, if at all), only a couple are prolific in the comments.

RE: Orgni Yeti open challenge radio interview
Many people, including the ridiculous, narrow minded, cock sucking, zealous, faggots from info-underground, seem to forget that the old owner Mike took away torrent comments and forced everything to the forum, several times, the last time there no comments on the tracker for months, until the new software and Yeti came is as mods, torrent comments returned.

You only have to look around "the info underground" (a name taken from a former member of the clique who left when he realized what their so called "anti-zionist movement" is about) for a few minutes to understand that several of the mainstays there have an open agenda to promote their agenda as forcefully as possible, especially on ConCen. It does get tiresome to deal with, enough to rouse a lazy ass like me to mock them and even to come comment on the issue here since I can't do that at my leisure any longer.

Unfortunately, those freaks see this as a sick victory and proof that they are 100% correct of course.

People freaking out about Yeti taking comments on the tracker away forget he was the one who brought them back in the first fucking place, thats my main point anyways, for those retards who are all fucking wrong about the issue and stuff.

He brought them back and now has shut them down.

My question to yeti is why didn't he just delegate if he was so sick of reading the posts? I'm sure that many members would have been glad to help out. This is extreme!
