The OTHER Holy War: Polarization of the Green Religious Movement
This could have easily gone in one of many categories, but it ends up here since there isn't much posted about the green religion and how it is being used to socially engineer our thoughts and culture. .. and yes it has a Christian spin but it make an excellent point even though it is a little simplistic -- there is a fine line between harnessing the Earth and raping it.

We now know that environmentalism is a religion. It is, of course, a pagan religion, but a religion, nevertheless.

So, I must ask the question: How can those who profess to be Christians, subscribe to the tenants of environmentalism, and be true to the teachings of Christianity? The answer is — they can’t.

Yes, I am aware that I am stepping off into deep water here, troubled water, to be sure.

“God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” (From The Bible — Genesis 1:28)

This command from God to man was the first recorded “commission” given man by his Creator. Today that “First Commission” is in direct conflict with the teachings of those who see the earth, itself, as god (Gaia). They teach that man should submit to Gaia, Mother Earth, rather than obey the one, true, God and subdue the earth and make it work for us.

By and large, until the environmental movement/religion, man had subdued the earth. In fact, man was reaching out into the galaxy, the universe, seeking other “earths” to subdue. And that was good. However, these days the nation that leads all others on this planet, has decided it no longer wants to seek out new worlds to conquer. It now wants only to save the earth, our home, from man himself.

Do you detect the arrogance in such a goal? Man actually believes HE can destroy the earth. Recent events with a single volcano in Iceland should have given those who believe such tripe pause. And please don’t point to the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico from the collapsed oil rig. Last I heard, some 4 to 5 million gallons of oil had spilled into the waters of the Gulf. Are you aware that each year some 62 million gallons of oil are naturally leaked into to the ocean from undersea deposits of oil? (SOURCE). Yes, it just seeps up through the sea floor.

Facts are stubborn things. Apparently, the environmentalists have bought so deeply into the fantasy that man is the ultimate being that they are blinded by the glare of their own self-righteousness and unapologetic arrogance.

The planet earth could wipe out all living beings: man, animal, plant, it makes no difference, in a matter of minutes, IF it had a consciousness and a mind with which to plan and then execute those plans. Earth has neither. Yet, at a moment’s notice, it could STILL wipe the surface of the earth clean of all living things.

If you have ever witnessed a dog shake its coat dry after a dip in a pond, or lake, or river, consider the dog’s coat as the surface of the earth. Observe how the dog’s coat moves right and left as the dog shakes and notice the droplets of water flying off the individual hairs of the dog’s coat. In much the same way, the earth could rid itself of the parasites on its surface.

And yet man feels he must protect mother earth? Protect her from WHAT, exactly? Long after every trace of mankind has been erased from this planet, earth will continue to spin and follow its orbit around the sun, quietly whiling away the millennia in the vastness of space and the infinity of time.

It is troubling, indeed, it is sad to recognize that most, if not all, of the mainline Christian religious denominations in America have bought into the hoax of Global Warming, or “Climate Change,” as they prefer to call it these days. But, it is not surprising. You see, in my opinion, most of the mainline religious denominations in America have been hi-jacked by the political left. That accounts for all the sermons on social justice, saving the environment, diversity, inclusiveness, etc.

Dear reader, I have to wonder, if the American Christians who have bought into this “clap-trap” actually believe that heaven is inclusive? If they cracked the covers of their bibles and read them a bit, they’d soon learn that heaven is certainly NOT inclusive — nor diverse — and there is no problem with the environment. If the pastors of the mainline denominations would teach more scripture and less Marxism from their pulpits, the average church-going American would already know this.

The evangelical Christians in America, much despised by the political left, seem to be the only Christian group not buying into the pagan belief in Gaia, or Mother Earth, and the necessity of man’s fealty to her. They believe than man should be a good steward of the earth, which they understand is but a “way-station” for man on his way to his ultimate home somewhere beyond space, beyond time, in the presence of God, wherever that may be.

Meanwhile, the struggle continues for the consciousness of man and for the soul of man. Environmentalism is but one of the many tools used by the forces of evil arrayed against those who remain true to their Christian faith.

I believe the environmentalism religion was spawned by the dark forces of evil as a weapon to be used for the destruction of man. It reeks of Marxism, and communism, and socialism, and collectivism. Not only will it NOT save the earth — on the contrary — by depriving man of the earth’s resources it will drive man back into a new Dark Age and pit us against one another in an epic struggle for our very existence.

It is time for the people of this earth to “Man-Up” and stop their whimpish ways and accept that for man to survive and thrive on this planet we must make use of its bounty to the fullest. Believe me, it will be here, renewing itself, long after you and I are gone.
There are no others, there is only us.

All ologies, ocracies, a common dream, and for the greater good - nationalist or globalist mantras from red to green fit the religious mould oh so perfectly as trap to gather power. There is little to choose from between a noble monarchy, a representative democracy, a scientific technocracy, a communist hierarchy, a corporate plutocracy, a priest class theocracy, a fascist oligarchy, a collectivist bureaucracy and a military dictatorship.

No matter the construct; it can only allocate what is given freely and/or taken by force. Whether the power is given to be brokered by bloodlines, an initiated social class, the hive mind or another species - the end result is consistent. The common individual becomes secondary at best. Their personal pursuit and freedom to develop are sacrificed and somehow rationalized or faithfully committed to serve the ideals.

"Invisible Pink Unicorns are beings of awesome mystical power. We know this because they manage to be invisible and pink at the same time. Like all religions, the Faith of the Invisible Pink Unicorns is based upon both logic and faith. We have faith that they are pink; we logically know that they are invisible because we can't see them."
~ Steve Eley

With the rollout of concurrent agendas the herd is having a tailored solution, a different compensatory package, for their change loosely dangled on a string within reach.

There will be a point in our lives, sooner rather than later, that our goals will almost magically appear before us. We will think we have earned it, are entitled to it, have fought and sacrificed for it. That we deserve it. That it is right and just. We will be shown the winning hand.

Each of us will have a choice to play the hand we are dealt... or not.

It might be a messiah. Our ancestors. Our creators. A guru. A wonder drug. A technology. A genetic tweak or hybridization. A monetary system. An escape from prison planet. A way to drop out of life into a cocoon. Spiritual ascension. The violet bubble. Sustainable development. A Zeitgeist Utopia. Global rights. A club to beat on the so called "elite" or an "enemy". A global village of world peace with everyone holding hands. Alchemy. Magik. Knowledge. Fame. Wealth. Power. Lust.

We're already seeing it and having it programmed into our visualizations. It's all being dangled to the herd. We're the herd too, just another faction of it that needs to be propositioned from a different angle.

The ante will always include a layer of management or structured scheme. A submission to the ideal and/or a way to execute your will over others if you fit in one of the boxes, likely with more and greater compromise as the pieces are moved. The reward will lose its lustre. It won't be enough - it will never be enough. Or despite your best efforts to hold onto it will slowly rain through our fingers like sand.

Change. That's what we the people have demanded from those who have been granted our collective power and value. Loose Change is what we'll eventually get to beg and fight for (as we are doing now) if we continue down this road. Not at first, but sooner or later, after another shiny ponzi pyramid is executed once again as it was before.

"The people never give up their liberties but under some delusion."
~ Edmund Burke

There will be a point where each of us will have a "chance" to go all in after being chipped away at for our personal eternity.

But remember who shuffled the deck and made the rules.

Each and every one of us can build our own game by building ourselves. We have been blessed with the inherent ability to create that can either ground down through submission or sharpened through patience and persistence.

Hold onto yourself, dig in hard. Claw it back. They / us / the system / this reality / the game itself is only after one thing.

Create. There is no box; only boundless existence to carve out individual expression. The path you render is the single most valuable gift you can bestow and your creative expression of Spirit is the only constructive sustenance you can endow upon your being.

.. and now it seems the Green Holy War has spilled (more) blood in armed conflict and has the audacity to call it all “For a good cause: to protect the environment and help fight global warming.”.

UN-accredited companies violently seize land to grow biofuels as part of carbon trading scheme

23 farmers in Honduras were slaughtered in cold blood by hired mercenaries as they tried to protect their land from being seized by a corporation who wanted to use the land to produce biofuels as part of a United Nations-accredited EU carbon trading scheme.

“Protests erupted in July when six international human rights advocacy groups presented a report to the EP detailing what they called murders and forced evictions of peasants in El Bajo Aguán Valley of northern Honduras, ” reports the New American.

“The International Federation of Human Rights (FIDH) report accuses UN-sanctioned palm oil mills of stealing farmland from Honduran natives and killing or wounding them when they attempt to defend their property. It says the companies, acting with government impunity, regularly target members of local land-rights movements who end up murdered in feigned car accidents or hunted down and shot by private security guards.”

The United Nations’ CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) responded to news of the killings with a collective shrug of the shoulders.

“We are not investigators of crimes,” a board member told EurActiv. “We had to take judgements within our rules – however regretful that may be – and there was not much scope for us to refuse the project. All the consultation procedures precisely had been obeyed.”

The CDM board’s chairman, Martin Hession, also refused to take responsibility and argued that the EU didn’t have the resources to investigate the crimes.

However, members of the European Parliament have promised to visit the area later this month as part of an ongoing investigative mission.

“Examples of the violence are gruesome,” writes Rebecca Terrell. “Security guards ambushed 15-year-old Rodving Omar Villegas near his village and shot him to death with an AK-47. A car ran down and killed 60-year-old Juan Ramon Mejia. And José Leonel Guerra Álvarez was murdered inside his home in front of his wife and children by armed assailants firing from outside the house.”

The murders were facilitated by the “direct involvement of private security guards from some of the local companies who are complicit with police and military officials,” a report by an International Fact Finding Mission that was presented to the European Parliament’s Human Rights Sub-committee stated.

Writing about the deaths, Czech theoretical physicist Luboš Motl stated, “We are dealing with a group of fanatical people who won’t demonstrably stop when they need to kill people in the name of their breathtaking delusions (the comment about their need to follow their “rules” is just totally scary) and in the name of the millions that, according to their beliefs, belong to them.”

“We are dealing with a dangerous international fascist organization (I mean the climate alarmists) and I am telling you, if we won’t show them that we have teeth, they will show it to us sometime in the future.”

“Who didn’t this coming?” asks the Soylent Green blog. “Oh that’s right, the EUrotards. Who would have thought that Third-world Kleptocrats and bankers would steal land to cash in on the Thermageddon Carbon Trading Scam of the Millennia? And if any pesky farmers get in the way–kill them.”

As we have previously documented, this is not the first time that armed troops have killed poverty-stricken villagers after stealing their land in the name of global warming.

Last month we reported on how New Forests Company, a British outfit backed by the World Bank that seizes land in Africa to grow trees then sells the “carbon credits” on to transnational corporations, worked with the Ugandan government to evict villagers from their homes.

Armed troops stormed the village of Kicucula, setting fire to residences and beating anyone who resisted. An eight-year-old child was killed during the terrifying raid.

The New York Times later reported that the bloodshed was all “For a good cause: to protect the environment and help fight global warming.”

The lucrative scramble for arable land in Africa and South America is worth millions to carbon trading companies.

As we have previously documented, the manufactured threat of man-made global warming is being used as a tool of neo-colonialism in the third world, not only through the seizure of land and infrastructure, thereby preventing poor nations from using their resources to develop, but by literally starving poverty-stricken people to death.

Climate change alarmism and implementation of global warming policies is a crime of the highest nature, because it is already having a genocidal impact in countries like Haiti, where the doubling of food prices, directly attributable to biofuels replacing land that would have been used to grow crops, is resulting in a substantial increase in starvation, poverty and death, with the population being forced to live on mud pies.

Seizing private property and killing those who try to protect their homes and families betrays the fact that while the movement against man-made climate change likes to project an image of itself as a touchy-feely liberal cause, in reality it is a brutal and arcane form of savagery led by eugenicists obsessed by greed who have no concern for human suffering.

RE: The OTHER Holy War: Polarization of the Green Religious Movement
I believe Green movement is more "Nazi" than communist. Both are collectivist, but it was more typical for the 3rd Reich to be very concerned about preservation of environment. It all depends how equal people are with them, communism says all people are equal, some more equal than others, national-socialism says Nature made people unequal, with various talents to cultivate.
