Coke Or Water?
I think I may have got this off the tracker a while back, but its worth a second airing

Water Or Coke ???
Which one is the 'Real Thing' ???

We all know that water is important but you've never seen it written down like this before.

WATER
1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. (Likely applies to half world population.)

2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger.

3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%.

4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study.

5. Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.

6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.

7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.

8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50%less likely to develop bladder cancer. Are you drinking the amount of water you should every day?

COKE
1. In many states (in the USA) the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.

2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in two days.

3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.

4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.

5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.

6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.

7. To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.

8. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase in osteoporosis.

2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate) the commercial truck must use the Hazardous Material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.

3. The distributors of coke have been using it to clean the engines of their trucks for about 20 years!

Now the question is, would YOU like a glass of water or Coke?

Quote:1. In many states (in the USA) the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.

2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in two days.

COKE
1. In many states (in the USA) the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident. BULLSHIT, ring the police and findout

2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in two days. BULLSHIT, i tried it with pieces of meat years ago

3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china. I doubt it

4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola. Aluminium foil will do this when dipped in any liquid.

5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion. Sure it works as will any carbonated liquidb but do you want a sticky car battery with spilt coke on it? Try a wire brush.

6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes. BULLSHIT, i work in construction and this is a joke

7. To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy. I did some reading on this a long time ago and this one apparently workds quite well

8. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield. You really want to put caramalised sugar water in the wash? hahahaha

FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about four days. BULLSHIT, no way will coke dissolve a nail, not even in your wildest dreams. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase in osteoporosis.

2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate) the commercial truck must use the Hazardous Material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.I have no idea if this is true but it would not surprise me if it was as caramalised sugar syrup is not exactly enviroment friendly in my opinion.

3. The distributors of coke have been using it to clean the engines of their trucks for about 20 years! hahahahaha what a load of crap, you would have to be stupid to do this hahaha, imagine when you drove the truck and the sugar started to burn hahahaha, or do they they then scrub the coke off???? hahaha

I don't drink coke or any softdrink (soda) for that matter as I don't like the taste any more, and secondly, processed sugar really brings down your immune system. I think it is better to stick to the facts rather than spread internet rumours thus making yourself look like a goose.

It is necessary to differentiate between well-water and treatment-plant water, both of which would be classified as "tap". Well-water is always the best bet as there aren't any added chemicals.

But well water could contain flouride from natural sources.
Don't believe anything they say.
And at the same time,
Don't believe that they say anything without a reason.

True, but fluoride is a naturally occuring mineral and all minerals are needed by our bodies to a certain extent. The real problem is sodium fluoride which is not found in nature. It is the sodium fluoide that is added to treated water and toothpaste.

Calcium Fluoride has been proven to be good for teeth.

Sodium Fluoride is a by-product of Fertilizer industry and back in the day they used to release it as a gas into the air.. Cows and Sheep on neibouring farms would become EXTREMELY SICK with swollen joints and shit like that... to a point where they had to be put down.
