Silicon Breast Implants Reapproved In Canada
This is really wierd. Silicon breast implants were taken of the market in the early 90's in both canada and the states and replaced by saline breast implants. This was mainly due to health concerns for women (ie. cancers, auto-immune responses, etc.). Why in the hell would they bring them back???

Need to sell more sillicon to impressionable females who must conform more than men to their sterotypical image.

I the medical community knows that these devices are harmful to the human body, why put them back on the market. It has to be a money making scheme on the part of the government/medical communities. Here's an idea, why don't we bring back DDT and start spraying all our food with it.

Despite the PSA value of this thread, I still object to using the word BREAST without including pictures. ;)

How exactly is the sack of gel filling up a fake titty "a medical device"?
maybe i just don't understand the term but,
i don't quite percieve how it can be classified as such.
i'd call it "permanent" /long-term cosmetics or something.
"Medically" it has no purpose, let alone advantages.

The put them back on the market because, the saline ones dont feel as natural as the silicone.

Secondly, many saline ones rupture and leave the girl/boy with an empty sac and no way to remove it as the procedure to remove it costs the same as having them implanted.

Silicone hasnt changed and nor have the dangers with a ruptured one, however, with things moving as fast as they are and the demand is there for perfection this type of thing was bound to happen.
