One for all you spliff heads here
I found this while doing some research on my solitary plant. Wish I had this set up.

Good guide but the sound drowns out the narrator at times.

Cant wait for my plant to bloom, a month or so now, it not a plant anymore it is a bush lol. Just plucked the excess leaves from it and they are drying out, they are not worth smoking but i hate to throw them away.

Also found a hash guide there this is quicker.

Hope you like :freaked:

Thanks a lot Bud!

I'm currently a guerrilla grower and have read a few "Grow Bibles" in my time, but have yet to setup a proper indoor grow! I would love to get into breeding and experimenting with new strains.

Thanks for the links.
Make sure you keep any trimmings and fallen leaves for hash!
You could even make various drinks both alcoholic and non-. There's even some recipes on Wiki. LOL

From what ive found out most of the leaves are useless just the small fresh leaves and the ones in the buds are good for hash or have i got it wrong just thrown a bowl full of trimmings i plucked.

Tried to smoke some first but not very good tasted not bad but not much high.

The leaves closest to the bud have the highest tricome to vegetation ratio but there is a small amount of tricomes over all the vegetation. The more plant matter you have from the plant means more hash. All the vegetation will be thrown away anyway, but you want to get all the tricomes you can.

Smoking it tastes bad as you found out. So to get those tricomes you aren't smoking, make hash or tea wiht the unsmokeable vegetation.

Thanks m8, Ill look up how to make tea from them, but unfortunately I threw all my trimmings away. To be honest alot of them were completely shrivelled up anyway so I doubt I would have got anything but vegitation from them.

When I trim it down for budding I will make some hash from the green fan leaves and let you know. I need to get the screen though, I might order it online.

You can also get them at t-shirt screen printing places. It depends on which method you use, of course, but you can get different sizes to make sure to get all the vegetation out.

There's also blender hash and bubble hash, just for other ideas.

The most common method to make hash oil, that I've seen, is to put all of the hash into a container and then soak it in butane, allow this to soak for a bit, then (carefully of course) cook off the butane until you have a nice thick ooze of hash oil.

A connoisseur-type would only make it this way.

But I hung around with this dude who used to make what he called "tar." He would make hash oil but he would not only soak some hash, but also some entire buds and some of the better leaf trimmings as well. This extracted a bunch of chlorophyll and other plant juices, as well as every bit of THC off of every last piece of plant matter in there. The result was a highly "contaminated," in the purist's sense, hash oil that was extremely thick and dark, dark green almost black. You can actually get quite a bit compared to hash-only hash oil. It tastes more leafy than regular hash-oil, more cannabis than hash over all. It's very smooth as well. (forgot to mention, I believe there's a video on youtube of someone smoking this stuff, he called it hash oil in the video but it was most definitely "tar")

I know this is a travesty to a real hash afficianado but one I am not, so I employ this a lot. It also makes a great glue with which to make a wrap out of your fan leaves. I think you already expressed a distaste for those but I like to roll a few wraps around a couple buds and make cigars. Very herbal experience

Just some thoughts, always great to experiment
Happy smoking

silk screen - 120-230 lines per inch or 65-125 microns

any mesh u can get from hardware stores will do, doesnt need to be silk screen.....

dont cut off fan leaves, leave them to fall off.

enjoy!
