Marijuana Reform Questions Once Again Popular In White House Online Poll
So they can maintain the illusions that are crafted by the White House, such as that the Feds have the ultimate say-so concerning the governance of the US, that Federal Laws trump State Laws.

I agree with you that Obama and the Feds will never legalize hemp or pot. That's fine as according to the Constitution, the Feds have no powers that are not specifically laid out for them by the Constitution. Any areas that are not laid out for the Feds are left for the individual states to decide. This means the Feds cannot decide for the US if there are substances that are to be made illegal. Those decisions are for the Feds to uphold as they are decided by the States. THe only power the Feds hold is that of force of arms. They have no legal ground to stand on, so they use brute force and jail as threats to maintain the current un-Constitutional situation of letting DEA intercede in State matters.
