RE: Constitution Halts Sheriff (Ireland)
Did up a little thread link aggregation on dos and don'ts from the Constitution/Sheriff angle as it relates to foreclosure, including a bit on this one.

Vin at TNS Radio has really been pushing to get coverage on this topic.

Quote:Anti Eviction Group

Ireland finds itself at a critical point in its history. There is no need to go into the issues that crop up on a daily basis, we're all getting far used to hearing more and more bad news.

What tends to be forgotten or glossed over when listening to this news, is the end effect of the country's problems on ordinary families. The reporting of these issues tends to be shrouded in economic jargon with real people's stories being pushed into the background by numbers, percentages, statistics. Very rarely will you hear of what happens to those in the firing line when it's far easier to put a paid economist on the air to lessen the emotional impact.

Even more rare to find are documented recordings of the eviction of families from their homes. We're here to make sure that these people are at the very least given some kind of protection and some hope. But we need numbers in order to build a community.

We need your help

Good show. Where was this at exactly? It's a little difficult for me to understand the accent, especially when the officer was asked if he was under oath.
