While trying to find some references to the possibility that the latest Chinese earthquake was a HAARP or Tesla Magnifying Transmitter caused event an amazing article was discovered detailing a extensive operation of Soviet manipulation of the ionosphere in order to effect weather control against the United States.

What is further interesting is that Dr Beter talked extensively of just such operations going on as far back as 1980.

Amazingly the US government will then tell you that Nooo they themselves don't get into ionospheric manipulation to control the weather, yet the HAARP project itself is simply listed as a Ionospheric manipulator. US Patent 4686605 described the HAARP instrument as just such a device, and the following website is one of the most detailed on the true capability of the HAARP facility.

Experiments with the earths biosphere, why?

generally. Unless they are trying to break the thing....... its mostly used for communications and also helping with space craft landings. The story starts running when people speculate. yes it can be used in signalling interference but the whole idea of it controlling the weather is a bit far out for me to wade..

The implication is that the earth is actually A OK with all this shit we pump out, the actual problem being the US has seized control of the weather!!

As ive stated before i do think this highly unlikely as i dont give governments or science THAT much credit. judging by invention in the past century the only real changes have been in chemistry and biology. Most of that was proving earlier scientists work. We have faster computers great.....

I agree. The troposphere deals with weather, not the ionosphere. The ionosphere is used to reflect tv and radio signals over long distances.
