Same here. Can't quite remember where, but I know I've seen this..
You could just inject an orange with a syringe full of cannabis oil... does wonders for strawberries lol.
Also, if it grew in oranges, wouldn't you have to dry and smoke the oranges? Or at least do something to "activate" or extract the psychoactive compounds. I know that most cannabis edibles have to be pretty high in fat, unless made with alcohol or glycerin tincture, and I'm pretty sure oranges aren't too fatty. Would be awesome to cut open an orange though and see nothing but sweet, sticky, edible, orange-flavored trichromes.
