Former NHS director dies after operation is cancelled four times at her own hospital

A former NHS director died after waiting for nine months for an operation - at her own hospital.

Margaret Hutchon, a former mayor, had been waiting since last June for a follow-up stomach operation at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford, Essex.

But her appointments to go under the knife were cancelled four times and she barely regained consciousness after finally having surgery.

this is what happens when policies by successive westminster govts are designed to shaft the health service and make it ripe for the privatisation by the back door that is happening in England and Wales.
Thankfully health in Scotland is under the care of the Scottish govt and we have none of these issues and richard fucking branson doesn't have billions in contracts to supply services.
have a look at what this woman has to say about the long, drzwn out process that started in the early 80's to fundamentally fuck the NHS over and ripen it for privatisation. an absolute disgrace

about this woman
Lucy Reynolds is an academic who has studied the background of the NHS in detail, learning in the process what the appalling consequences of privatisation will be. Here she answers questions put by Jill Mountfield, a member of the steering committee on the "Save Lewisham Hospital" campaign. March 2013

Private means non-governmental.

Corporations paid with government funds is not private.

It's Fascsist, a.k.a. National Socialism.

CharliePrime: And there the tangled web is woven. Whenever the word "private" appears in a governmental context, one can generally relax, assured there's a handful of politicos havin' their wallets stuffed by a front.

On a side note, this is the first time I've analysed "governmental" - govern is to control, mental is mind. Mind control.

These YT videos are starting to sink in, finally.

Well happy to say here in Scotland this is not the case.. the National health service is exactly what is says in the tin.
the money is securely ring fenced to pay for it.

spot on.. did you watch that vid Shinobi?
Lucy Reynolds shows the preparatory path from that old cow thatcher paving the way for the privatisations happening in England.
It's a fucking sin.. same with the others you mention such as the trains.. ironically the east coast line was renationalised due to ni operators bidding for it as a few of them fucked it right up.. so under nationalisation things run on time and it starts running at a profit so the pricks are now going to put it out to tender..
Royal mail. what a sham.. under valued at 5 billion they estimate at the moment based on just the first days trading for fuck sake..
And 24 hours after privatisation.. the CEO hints at prices rises in postage stamps... shocker eh?
If all goes well in September next year.. it'll get renationalised in Scotland and i hope they do it with the trains as well.
