STS-75: The NASA Electrodynamic Tether Incident (1996) - FastTadpole - 05-24-2011

A ConCen Search for "Electrodynamic" yielded results on Tom Bearden, Nicola Tesla, Chemtrails and HAARP and a single torrent from Steven J. Smith in reference to the structure of Space itself (along with some other really interesting stuff).
