Written by a key figure in MI5/6 operating from the mid 50s to the start of the 80s. It chronicles in detail his operations and history, and his view of historical events and the part he and his family/ colleagues played in them.
The Tory government of the 80s-90s tried very hard to get this one banned, and it was quite a controversy at the time. The format isn't great but kind of easy on the eye imo.
