This is a reissue of the recently posted non-OCR image-only PDF version.

PDF, OCR edition: page image and editable/searchable text underneath the image. 21.4MB compared to 36.3MB of the original non-OCR edition. Can be read using screen reader / text aloud.

The original PDF contained page images only which had been scanned at a good resolution but rather too light so plenty of recognition errors, not easily fixable - mainly omitted periods / full stops which were too faint to show. Also a lot of proper nouns and foreign accents have been omitted. Basic text recognition on the whole good.

Also included: an unformatted plain text version, 943Kb: italics marked: _ _ but as usual the automatic conversion in MSWord leaves a gap and is haphazard. May be slightly better than a plain text saved from the pdf for those who want it for small ebook readers.

Initial seeding: about 1.5 hours, maybe less once I have got it uploaded to a couple of other seeds as I have other stuff to fit this narrow pipe and this PDF file is about 21MB, big for what it is although smaller than the original of over 30MB.
