Pages from the above website reproduce the paper edition up to Chapter 41 and to them have been added by scanning from a hard copy of the book Chapters 42-44, Appendix (Pontiffs), Bibliography and Other Sources and References. You may find this book on depository websites but all I've seen are incomplete. Chapter 42 onwards has not been "revised" unlike the above webpages which differ from the paper edition occasionally. Curiously the webpages don't seem to have been updated by addition of the last very few chapters since 2006 and I don't know if the site owners can or intend to complete the project.

Reading this book will bring you to a new level in understanding the psychology and methods of subversion. It will certainly put in a new context claims like 'its the Jesuits';-- "Orobius declared that he had come to know Jews in Amsterdam who did penance in the synagogues for their brothers, who in Spain pretended to be Franciscans, Dominicans and Jesuits."
