First of all, understand this. My site has never sent one single byte to anyone of any file you may hold the rights to. I run a bittorrent site. The bittorrent protocol is roughly the equivalent to a dewey decimal catalogue card in a library. That is to say, it does list your works but it is not a copy thereof. It's a list of places the file can be found nothing more. And much like a dewey decimal card in a library, if someone takes a book off a shelf and walks to a photocopier, it's beyond my control.
On another note, I don't know if you ever looked over my site but the content there isn't put there by me. It's put there on an honor system buy the members of the site. I cannot possibly verify who owns what for every last thing on my site. Therefore it's always been the policy to remove the listing to any file a copyright holder asks for. We always comply with the copyright holder even though technically we've never even had a copy of their works to infringe. It's a matter of respect and courtesy, so your threats aren't necessary, moreover, in reality you have no legal leg to stand on. My site just celebrated four years yesterday and I've dealt with DOZENS of copyright complaints... to my domain registrar, to my server rental company and yes, to PayPal too... all failed. My forum on http://conspiracycentral.info has a section which lists every copyright complaint we get into. Your email along with my reply will be archived there for my members to comment on. Should you wish to address them and any critique of your work I'd be more than happy to make you an account for you, just ask me.
Please feel free to look over my site from time to time to be sure it's in compliance with your request. I am human, I can miss things, and a second set of eyes working WITH me instead of threatenning me would be deeply appreciated.
