Also, it must be compatible with the latest IP.Blog and IP.Gallery (most are already if they are v2.3.5 compatible).

hmm. i was thinking of creating one for the site, as i noticed it's still on the default theme, but i thought it would get knocked back. I've gotten so much from concen that i think its only fair to give a little back.

Ill do one up when i get some time and attach it here.

Ah crap, i just noticed that IPB is no longer free, so i cant do those themes, as i need an install to play with in order to ensure the theme is working correctly. So instead i'll create some banners that you can use.
