Suuuuuure they do.
The data will be stored on a MS server, but not on your local machine. Something like that. Edit: you can do that today, with Firefox. Just put your Firefox data in a RAMdisc. Easy. |

well it can also help them to see who is peeking at pages "inprivate" the others can be disregarded. Btw having your history not instantly available to the user does not mean the data isnt saved somewhere else.
