Tom (yeti) had DEMANDED of me that I remove the domain name from pointing to his server. I have the email to prove it, but I don't think Tom's brash enough to lie about it when I have the3 proof. In all fairness I offered to delete myself which I did. I then created two accounts I could lay low with....verloren on the forums, forlorn on the tracker. I was CONTINUOUSLY hasseled with password changes and various blocking techiques... they wouldn't even allow me to quit gracefully!

It was at THAT point April emailed me saying "I wont lie for you" regarding my verloren/forlorn accounts. I had NEVER once asked her to! I did ask her not to volunteer who I was (nickname-wise) so I could let concen carry on without my interference... that's it, that's ALL!

So anyways... April says in an email "I wont lie for you" and was about to expose me. After the various fuck-arounds with my non-Ctrl replacement accounts I figured I better HEED Tom's word's about removing the DNS from the tracker.

I defy either one of them to HONESTLY say they DID NOT say those things to me!

I then gave Tom his wish and removed the domain name from pointing to his server.

Did Tom EVER ONCE SAY: "Hey Mike, you're an asshole... you've got 24h to get out, you can download your site here: <insert url>"? NEVER! He STOLE IT, outright.

End of fucking story.

If they (April and/or Yeti) haveany goddamned fucking balls, they'll just change my nick back to Ctrl, but god forbid, there's a hostile witness on the stand
as the D.A. would say!

I'm glad to see you back. Elated actually... I tried all your email addresses... I even talked to your dad.

Mike... I said that to you because I didn't want to be caught in the middle. I even told you at the time that I preferred not knowing..... because it made me feel guilty, and I didn't want to be keeping anything from the other mods. I got this sensation that you were using me just for a second at the end there.... and I sent you that email. The day was 9/20

On 9/17 (the night you deleted your accounts ) on IM you told me not to let let Tom ditch the site.... and to make sure the site stays alive.... You repeated, " Just keep it alive. "

You continued to tell me that we had 18 months till the domain expired, and to make sure we switched it to concen.org before that. Then you signed out with out a second for me to reply.

I don't think any of us wanted the drama to come between or distract from the sites purpose so we've rolled with the punches.

I still have no bitterness or animosity towards you...

Yes, I did tell you to get the domains off my server. No, I did not mess with your accounts in any way. No, I did not ban your IP. No, I did not offer to zip up the tracker and forum DBs, but that does not mean that I wouldn't have done it if asked.

I wanted to wash my hands of the whole thing, but decided otherwise because everyone else wanted to continue. That could not have happened the way you were treating members and mods. I stand by my decision.
