sorry for the no reply DJ,I was absent for a bit.What list you use depends on how your blocking ip's and what programs you use.If you are using a bit torrent client it's the list at the bottom which says Available IP-Filters:

* ipfilter.dat.gz
* safepeer.zip

for use in eMule / µTorrent / Azureus.
I really don't know how good this list is but from what I understand these guys use to be at blue tack and at the time I needed a list(blue tack was down) and I needed to down load a few things so I would not be bored s hitless at night.

So what exactly happened to bluetack? Where did they go? Outlawed?

the donated servers went down.To much bandwith I think.Should be back up by now but I have not checked yet.

edit:I see on there page it says no more direct downloads of the ip lists so you have to install the list yourself.I also read deluge has put the blocklist on there sever for people using deluge but I don't see why other programs can't link to the list if they auto update or you can just download it and install it yourself.,haven't checked it out yet.My problem was a bug in deluge I think, it would hang if no list was there for download and I could not load the list in myself, for some reason it would not see it.I guess this was part of the bug or me being in a hurry.

Its all still groovy and fully functional over there, not long updated my lists too no problems ....
