RE: PayPal froze the account!
What about this one? I know a couple people that use it for their online marketing businesses.
http://www.solidtrustpay.com Not sure if its 100% Free or not but you know what you're looking for so take a look and see if it fits. "Listen to everyone, read everything, believe nothing unless you can prove it in your own research" ~William Cooper DTTNWO! |

Scam.com has lots of complaints about them being horribly slow about resolving issues. So does onlinepaysystems.info, which appears to be an excellent resource to compare payment systems.

RE: PayPal froze the account!
I have bank a/c in UK with a bank which is not one of the clearers and it doesn't offer payment to email address. In fact I can't remember seeing such a facility advertised by anyone here. Same for the building societies.
Anyone in UK who knows otherwise? |

Epinnoia aka shanejohns@frontier.com caused the problem. http://concen.org/forum/showthread.php?tid=46701

A good option might be Liberty Reserve. Here is their webpage with a fee comparison chart to others including paypal:

RE: PayPal froze the account!
I haven't yet found another thread with a solid list of payment options, so I thought I'd offer a little bit of research I could squeeze in here. First, I successfully submitted a payment to ConCen today via e-Transfer:
Quote:Interac e-Transfer is a simple, convenient, and secure way to send and receive money directly from one bank account to another. All you need is access to online or mobile banking through a participating financial institution, and you can send money to anyone with an email address or mobile phone number and a bank account in Canada — without sharing any personal or financial information. It's a great alternative to cheques and cash. Super quick. So we Canucks have an option so long as ConCen's payment receiver remains Canadian. By the way, with regards to snail mail, it's recommended users don't send straight-up cash. Money orders are certainly preferable. I've collected a list of 8 payment options from http://sixrevisions.com/tools/online-payment-systems/, published May 15, 2012. Two I've eliminated from the list due to concerns already posted (PayPal and Wepay). Some footwork's been done to confirm pricing and supported regions. Some of the options are listed here for purposes of comparison and elimination. They are not all feasible options. From: http://sixrevisions.com/tools/online-payment-systems/ 1) Authorize.Net Pricing: $99 setup, $20 monthly, $0.10/transaction (can vary between resellers) Review: CardPaymentOptions report (March 19, 2012) Countries: USA, Canada, UK (Note: For other countries, users are redirected to http://www.cybersource.com/www/) Reseller Directory: http://www.authorize.net/solutions/merch...directory/ 2) Google Checkout Pricing: 2.9% + $0.30 Review: CardPaymentOptions report (December 4, 2012) Countries: 161 3) Amazon Payments Pricing: $10+ transactions: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (volume discounts available) Review: CardPaymentOptions report (December 11, 2012) Countries: Depends upon payment method (see Pricing above) 4) Dwolla Pricing: $0.25 per $10+ transaction, $3/month for instant funds Review: CardPaymentOptions report (February 8, 2012) Countries: (mostly US, few Canadian) 5) Stripe - credit card payment processing Pricing: 2.9% + 30¢ Review: CardPaymentOptions report (July 17, 2012) Countries: U.S., Canada 6) Braintree - credit card payment processing Pricing: 2.9% + 30¢ Review: CardPaymentOptions report (November 19, 2012) Countries: US, Canada, Australia, Europe, UK Note: Merchant pricing not posted, see here for more info - FeeFighters below quotes a $99 setup fee, $49 monthly fee, $20 vault monthly, $0.10 transaction fee for Braintree. 7) Samurai by FeeFighters Pricing: $10/month, $0.10/transaction - far more details at this page Review: CardPaymentOptions report (December 26, 2012) Countries: US only 8) 2Checkout Pricing: Rate: 5.5%, $0.45/transaction, $10.99 Application Fee Review: CardPaymentOptions review Countries: over 200 - unknown if Canada receiver supported All ConCen wants to do is accept money without outrageous setup fees and pricing. I hope this list helps out somewhat in this regard. ---Truth appears in many forms.
