Scam.com has lots of complaints about them being horribly slow about resolving issues. So does onlinepaysystems.info, which appears to be an excellent resource to compare payment systems.

I have bank a/c in UK with a bank which is not one of the clearers and it doesn't offer payment to email address. In fact I can't remember seeing such a facility advertised by anyone here. Same for the building societies.

Anyone in UK who knows otherwise?

there are accounts usable by those in the US.. the basic and one type of merchant is UK only but from what i garnered from the site and reviews they do stuff for US peeps plus from what i gather people can donate without having a nochex account

I haven't yet found another thread with a solid list of payment options, so I thought I'd offer a little bit of research I could squeeze in here. First, I successfully submitted a payment to ConCen today via e-Transfer:

So we Canucks have an option so long as ConCen's payment receiver remains Canadian.

By the way, with regards to snail mail, it's recommended users don't send straight-up cash. Money orders are certainly preferable.
