RE: Unsaturated Vegetable Oils: Toxic
I once had almonds for 30 days. JUST ALMONDS!!!!!!!
IT might be my liver or something being shot. Too much drinks at times. I think I am going to stop for good, after the weekend of course. But I'll give you a pm message letting you know what sup. I eat good besides drinking and the ocassional GMO fry or 2. I might go on a short fast after this weekend. |

I'm really digging almond milk, don't really care about the health benefits or consequences but I suppose I should be practising moderation as we should in everything, even all natural substances like cyanide. ![]() Interesting point made in The Big Fat Fiasco that with all the corn and soy fed to cattle, chickens, piggies and other cloven hooved animals (for the most part), is that when we're eating the chemical equivalent to vegetable oil when we ingest their fatty tissues. You are what you eat what they eat. Do you know How I might get rid of them because they are spreading and growing biggerAre these fatty deposits under the skin? For most disregulation of lipids i would start with looking at getting sufficient choline, liver and eggs are best sources.. |
