It's definitely a must see.
After 2.43 hrs you finally arrive at the moral of the story being, "it's ok to preemptively kill a 150 million innocent people to save a billion innocent people" to stop a few people bringing the world to a nuclear confrontation that would certainly kill atleast a 150 million people, which the previous innocent people have no control over anyways. Pretty decent flick. TPTB may look at it like this except on a grander scale and they usually use Problem, Reaction, Solution. For them though it may be global warming instead of nuclear war, and billions instead of millions.
