Since our groundbreaking article, Pentagon To Deploy 20,000 Troops In CONUS For Civil Unrest, we have received many different tips and eye witness accounts related to the possible deployment of foreign and/or American military to quell civil unrest inside the United States as well as a reports of a growing number of large, unmarked black helicopters.

In the last 2 weeks The Intel Hub has received over two dozen reports of unmarked black helicopters in areas that they have never been observed before.

This, coupled with videos, pictures, no fly zones, and eyewitness reports, paints an eerie picture of troop buildups, economic collapse, and martial law.

While we have actively pursued the possibility that this is all normal movements, the sheer amount of reports seemingly indicates that something is amiss.

For example, no one has been able to reasonably explain the multiple reports by truckers who claimed that they hauled heavy artillery, tanks, rocket launchers, ground to ground, and ground to air missiles to upstate New York to supposedly protect the population.

Usually we wait for videos and/or pictures before we post reports, but considering the fact that hundreds of people are emailing us with praise for posting these reports, we have decided to continue to post the more credible ones in our continued effort to either debunk or expose these eyewitness reports.

This is not about thinking ALL our military is against the population, rather it is about keeping the population informed. Sadly, the Pentagon itself is the one who has said the military will be used inside the United States to quell civil unrest.

Obviously some of the reports we have received and reported on could have been normal movements(which we aren’t against) and if that was the case then great but the fact of the matter is we still have over two dozen unexplained black helicopters and multiple videos and pictures(all taken on public property) of tanks, jeeps, and Humvees in green camouflage rather then the desert type that is used in the middle east.

Night before last, I saw a single black Huey copter traveling north almost over my house towards Ft. Campbell, KY where the 101st Airborne is located. It was black not military olive drab. There were no markings that I could see on it. It also did not have usual civilian aircraft lights on it. It had a single red light fore and a single white light aft, with no other lights of any kind. Civilian copters that I usually see around here have belly lights to show ID as well as flashing lights. Police copters also have blue lights in addition.

Two weeks before this, I saw A single desert tan APC on a truck heading west on I-40 from Nashville, TN. Then, not an hour later, there was a military convoy in forest green camo heading east on I-40 towards Nashville. It consisted of a jeep, a few hummers, a Bradley and a few canvas back cargo/troop transport large trucks.

“I can’t even describe how tickled we are about this,” she says.

Wilson is the provisional commander of the 1st Armored Division’s Combat Aviation Brigade. The Army has given Wilson and her staff of 40 the immense job of setting up the brigade’s brand new, $400-million home at Fort Bliss, ahead of the swift arrival of almost 2,000 soldiers and 100 helicopters.

They are expected to arrive suddenly in September and, while there is no firm timeline, another 1,000 or so soldiers will trickle in after the first wave, according to Wilson.

In the sea of soldiers surging onto Fort Bliss, the Combat Aviation Brigade, called the CAB, will be a bit of a novelty. Instead of tanks and infantrymen, the brigade comes with pilots, “guys wiggling sticks,” as Wilson puts it, technologically advanced aircraft, and the technicians needed to fix them.

It will be Fort Bliss’s highest-paid brigade in terms of per capita income, and it’s where some of the highest high-tech jobs on post will be found.

The CAB also comes to Fort Bliss fresh from the frontlines in Afghanistan where aviators had a “very kinetic experience,” Wilson says.

Other equipment and personnel is probably coming back from Afghanistan to other bases. The troops have already started coming home as announced by the President in late June.

Should be interesting since war vets are deemed potential domestic terrorist threats and the re-integration into "normal" daily life, a domestic role, injuries, unemployment..

Then again they may just send them straight back.

Fear mongering or a good precautionary measure? Whatever the case there is a plan but is that a good thing? If the Katrinta disaster assitance by the military was any indication then I'd have to say no, but we can't have a bunch of morons (and provocateurs) running around taking the bait for a further clamp down (Patriot Act III?) while people and cops and military all sit by and let it happen.

“According to National Journal‘s White House correspondent Marc Ambinder the U.S. already has a game plan in place. “If what happened in London ever happened in the US, the military has plans — CONPLAN 3501 and 3502 — to suppress the ‘insurrection,” wrote Hudson.

The major question that comes to mind after reading this article is why all of a sudden has the corporate media started talking about Garden Plot and the military being used against the American people?

The Department of Homeland Security has taken drastic steps to convince portions of the public, law enforcement, and Congress that everyday Americans are possible terrorists.

As this training continues, the police and the military will gain more and more hatred of the American people at a time when they are needed to protect and serve the people the most.

Now you'd think that this could in no way go under the radar, not even a coverup story, not a single name of a person that died .. but maybe something happened, unless this a complete and total fabrication.

Now given there are lots of reason to doubt this in its entirety but some elements may be true. I don't buy that a DUMB where a top brass would be evacuated to would be at the highly publicized Denver airport location. Even if it was it seems an unlikely place to go considering all the conspiracy group press it gets. That said the Denver Airport facility remains a curiosity albeit a bit of a heat score for anything covert.

Having second thoughts on posting this but I've come this far.. I'll try to save it with something in the realm of the factual .. an official announcement from FEMA. The Four Phases of Continuity of Operations Activation were reportedly implemented on September 27, 2011.
