And my question remains unanswered, joke aside (I get it, like I said) why does it apply to THIS THREAD? If Mike had left a comment and the conversation was about metro-sexuality then fair enough, but he didn't, and it isn't.

The nation you were born in makes no difference to how you choose interact with others. It was just a joke and I thought of Mike as the total opposite of these Metro guys and that is why I mentioned him.
