I actually think that Fox actually gets singled out too frequently, as if they're the only mainstream news channel that lies constantly.

Shouldn't we re-examine Alex Jones in light of history?
For all the "truth" A.J. shares, isn't his greater message part of the most dangerous lie of them all?
CHALLENGE: show me a single show, transcript, article by Alex Jones of his outline for demanding PEACE of the Government he sees as destroying his beloved country.
In the meantime, consider the following:
Would it be just to compare A.J. to Judas IscaROIT of Biblical infamy?
What do they share in common?
* Both were "patriots" for their country.
* Both preached revolution in the name of their homeland.
* Both betrayed the Prince of Peace in favor of their political & monetary agenda in the name of preaching 'freedom' for their nation from tyrannical rule.
* So is it that far fetched to call A.J. a Judas Goat? If the shoe fits...

The thing is, Jones indexes articles from the mainstream media (across the board), so of course there's going to be a lot of crap to sieve through. But he doesn't write any articles himself, does he? Aren't all the articles written on Prison Planet by other there?

Now, there's a matter of opinion regarding the content, as I do actually believe peak oil to be a myth and also that oil can be created a lot faster (already proven in lab tests by the oil industry) than we are led to believe. But I disgress, that's besides the pointhere.

Though the article is jointly by Alex Jones, it is a little old (2005) and clearly titled by Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones, so it's really a Joseph Watson article anyway. Though I'm still surprised, I didn't know he ever wrote articles in any way.

Yes, I could because I minored in Geology at
the University of Alberta and as you can
imagine, the professors at the U of A know
something about oil and how it came to be.

And the propoponents of abegenic oil production
keep using that as proof. In fact, not knowing what
the source rocks were for the Alberta oilsands was
the basis for Nikolai Alexandrovitch Kudryavtsev's
aboitic arguement for the creation of oil.

Well, it's 60 years later and we found them.

The fundemental assumption of the modern abiotic
theory of oil production seems to be have been
addressed as this ConocoPhillips report shows.

But getting back to the actual topic of the thread,
I would say Foxnews or Rush Limbaugh are distrusted by
far more people than who distrust Alex Jones or other
alternative news source regardless of the views expressed.

It would not surprise me one single bit if the alternative
news were the most trusted news source for large
parts of their audiences.
