Yep, it seems so...I just got rsol back up one by rating a second time. And this user does seem to be going nuts all over the board in a very short space of time. Reading the messages is quite a feat though, and has become too difficult to even bother now to be honest.

the rep thing is a game to some i guess, sux since for new to the site it is i figure supposed to be an indicator of how much the person has added in or how truthful there info is... i guessed... but P.O.S of folks fuck with it look at mine thats why i left was assholes like NIk who played with the rep rating as if it were their limited admin power.
personally i don't think the stat should even be there as it's peer to peer rather then truth based, maybe call it popularity rather then rep...
