There are mainly two parties. Those who believe Bin Laden is alive based on highly questionable evidence like the video and audio recordings, ...
and those who believe Bin Laden is dead based on highy questionable evidence like an egyptian newspaper and the claim that he was treated for kidney problems.

Everybody is so sure about their side of the argument. Yet I have not seen any convincing argument on any side of the issue, until then I can only conclude that we just don't know. I guess there's only 1% of people who'd be willing to admit that.

You're right. I've also looked into this and I can only come up with that one supposed obituary in arabic, which I cant read.
However, I still think he is dead, because it makes more sense. If he was alive I figure he'd try a lot harder to exploit that fact. It would be the best propaganda for his "organization". That the largest and best funded military cant catch him. Plus with all the fake videos and now mostly audios without any video(which are proofs of life), its very hard to believe he's still alive.

Clearly, I know that's not how the world works Hans. As you pointed out and I agreed, there isnt enough evidence to show that he is really dead. Nor is there enough to show he is really alive either. And of course we dont really know for sure, Im just stating what I thought about the situation.

I can think that he might be dead and not be 100% sure because of the fact that there's not enough evidence to prove it. Can't I?
Like I said, and you pretty much said, there isnt enough evidence to be sure, but what do you think? Besides the fact that you cant know for sure.
In your opinion based on available info, is it more likely that he is:
A) Alive or B) Dead

I can't decide which one is more likely. There are not enough facts for both assesments, and there's nothing to measure the facts in terms of what is the "more likely" outcome. Either he is dead or alive, there is no position in the middle. So I take none. I'm sorry... We have been trained to have an opinion of fact or probability about anything and it's hard to overcome that and just admit: I don't know shit.
