I don't remember hearing anything about this guy. Is this new or old ? What's his name, does anyone know?

Was this an ordinary "staged" wrestling script.... or is this dude legit ?

At the risk of sounding like a f*cktard - That would be Shawn Daivari while he was in TNA as Sheik Abdul Bashir. I nostalgically rediscovered wrestling almost obsessively a few years ago for a span while my youngest was into it - I really appreciated the Indy scene like in ROH and Japan. We've seen pretty much all of it now, so we don't tune in more than 2 or 3 times a year now. Those shows really make you get violent - every time my kids watched it they were emulating some of the moves (me too) and we undoubtedly got kinda hurt a few times. All in good fun though. The Jesse Ventura show is up on the old wrestling trackers every week now and there is a bit of a thread to it in the forum. That show was demographically targeted at wrestling fans just the way it is delivered and has a decent following on XWT because of Ventura's career in wrestling. I have it on my todo's for 2010 to drop back there and infiltrate a board discussion to point a few of the recently woken (mostly smarks) to some much better material since an in. I've noticed a couple ConCener's trolling for sheep on some sports boards - good call since we need them whether we like it or not.

A smark's mind works a bit like that of a conspiracy theorist and wrestling uses some of the media manipulation techniques they can see through so many in that demographic are on the verge of being jarred awake. Let me know if anyone wants to storm a hockey, football or wrestling board - I'm always in the mood for a good raid .
