Figured I give every one a heads up here on this tea.Been drinking it for about 4 days now two 8 oz cups a day.It tastes like sweet card board but it grows on you.It is the inner bark of a tree after all.This tea may taste like junk but boy does it get things moving also good for cancer and candida.Here is a good web page to read up on it

Hyper can't sleep have 8 oz of this it will put you out or calm you down. good stuff as far as I can tell.Please do not drink to much it is very strong I would think it would cramp up your gut if you drink to much.Also when you brew this tea you never let the water boil it kills all the good things.Hmm sounds like run from the cure never go over 140 degrees.Like I said just a heads up for the group.I try things from time to time and when I find something that I think has merit I post it

If I try it Kyle and think it is worth a mention or can help some else I post it for those that may need it or like to try something new.I did not mean to spam the board lol.Just though some one with a need for a little extra immune system punch may find it worth a read.I know there are some other ill people here that may want to try it.I wish more peeps would post in this section on things they try for better health but I guess this section is really not for that or the forum in general.Really did not occur to me at the time of the thought.I'll keep my posts more on track in the future to things that belong.really did not think much on this I just wanted to get the word out that it might help someone.
edit: maybe next time if and when I find something good that may help someone I'll post in off topic chit chat. thanks for the heads up

i was putting in my twopenneth in just in case. i wasnt saying it was spam I was 2c#ing my view that your post was eminently credible and thereby giving thanks you gave the care to post it in service of others amongst our family. I just wanted to protect the post, in case cos it's seemed real.
