luckily i bank with my local credit union.
not only do they guarantee NEVER to give you any bank charges(excepting a monthly fee of 12.50 service charge) i contacted them about this matter and they said "we will NEVER charge you for any cash machine withdrawal. even if for some reason a direct debit bounces.. no charge... they pride themselves in practising "ethical Banking" as they call it and i would say that they certainly are at the Capitol Credit Union in Edinburgh for sure. ![[Image: 332osua.jpg]](http://oi52.tinypic.com/332osua.jpg)
