I found this on Jack Bloods forum, check it out:
Post Titled: Alex was talking today about web cams and mikes on google... So I did some searching around and check this out. Goto my myspace forum NOS tech support or AJs tech support and read the thread on google and web cams. http://groups.myspace.com/NOSTechSupport You will get a search string that will sniff out web cam ports on the internet. Now if you click on it, you will get a web cam virtual mutilplexor. Click on that web cam and you will get a virtual multiplexor control panel. It will allow you to PTZ the web cam. (Pan tilt Zoom.)
