Bill To Audit Federal Reserve Now Has 207 Co-Sponsors

New names being added every day, momentum building for Ron Paul

At time of writing, a bill that would see the Federal Reserve bank audited for the first time in 59 years has 207 cosponsers in the House and is gaining traction with every single day.
According to Ron Paul’s Campaign For Liberty, the latest to become cosponsors are, Rep. Ed Perlmutter (D-CO) and Rep. Chris Lee (R-NY), both House Financial Services Committee members, as well as Rep. John Boehner (R-OH), Minority Leader of the House.

Will be interesting to see how the Congressional leadership and the Fed squirm their way out of this one.

My bet:

1. Bill will die in committee and most of the sponsors will campaign about how "they got tough with the Fed."
2. A superficial audit will be conducted, but only a scrubbed down, sanitized version will be released which will say, get ready for a big surprise... Everything is fine.
3. Congressional leaders will pull the plug on the entire idea because of the "negative effect it will have on the market."

Have a case of Coors up if there are any takers on a little, friendly, wager. lol

Yup. with an insane case scenario on #2..... it would be used no differently then if an investigating was ever done on 9/11.
I think this is to subdue sleepers qualms.... hype and all ...I'm not buying it!
