One the media ignores, the politicians refuse to recognize, and one of which the American people remain ignorant. It is a world in which we are surrounded, being infiltrated, and readied for invasion.

To understand what his happening today, one must understand certain military tenets of warfare. These include:

Infiltrate the enemy country with advance forces and spies.

Pre-position supplies close to the anticipated battleground.

Destroy the enemy’s will to resist.

Destroy the enemy population’s morals and morale.

Sew confusion among the enemy population.
*
Cut lines of communication.

Create diversions.
*
Control all information and media outlets.
*
Attack on many fronts.
*
Destroy the enemy’s capability to wage war.
*
Reduce or destroy enemy’s military bases.
*
Strike only when ready and when enemy is at his weakest.

Carter gave away the Panama Canal, and now China operates it-and has total control of who uses it, what ships come and go, and who disembarks from those ships in Panama (such as Chinese males of military age that disappear into the hinterlands and later surface in Mexico close to our southern border).

While all of this was happening, our southern border was being invaded by illegal aliens to the point that besides Mexicans, we have many reports of Asians, Central Americans, and Middle-easterners coming unhindered into the U.S.

Couple this with COSCO, the China Ocean Shipping Company, which is the Merchant Marine arm of the Chinese Navy, taking over not only the Panama Canal, but establishing a huge transshipment center in Freeport, Bahamas, just off the Florida coast. This huge complex contains some of the biggest cranes in the world, plus hundreds upon hundreds of Sealift containers the size of semi-trucks being stored there. When I see this I can’t help but think of Diego Garcia, our forward deployment base in the Pacific.

It is well known in the military that the easiest thing to move is troops. The hardest to move is material. You can order troops to march onto a ship or airplane, but it takes forklifts, cranes and manpower to move supplies. By forward deploying your logistics you are already half a battle ahead.

And Freeport is not the only suspect position for Chinese pre-deployment stocks. Reports have surfaced about COSCO ships unloading in Mexico and Canada, plus several ports inside the US itself. A few years back we read of a shipment in a Sealift container that came into Long Beach, California, loaded with automatic AK-47s, machine guns, grenades and explosives. We were told it was intercepted, and that it was probably being smuggled in to street gangs. We may never know of how many other shipments went undetected, and are still being smuggled in and pre-positioned. And not for street gangs!

Add to all this the fact that our own troops have been over-extended, our military suffering a continuing “build down” by base closings, reducing the numbers of aircraft in our squadrons and ships in our fleets, and reduction of war stocks by expenditure without restocking, plus using up our reserves and national guard forces in extended overseas missions, and we have the recipe for disaster. In other words, there ain’t no one home watching the chickens, and the wolf is prowling the broken fence line.

Seem far-fetched? Then know this: a few years ago I had a nephew who attended the Command and Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. When his class graduated, a general from the Pentagon flew in to give the graduation speech. When he was introduced, it was mentioned that he was a member of the Council on Foreign Relations-whose mission in life is to develop a one world government (the New World Order) and who were the founders of the United Nations. This particular general stated in his speech that (paraphrasing)“due to the build down or our armed forces, should we be deployed or committed on two or more fronts in the future and a major emergency occurs here, we will be forced to call upon foreign assets to police our streets.”

Foreign assets? Who could that be?

Sun Tzu also said that “To subdue the enemy without fighting is the supreme excellence.” With no guarded borders, and no one to guard them, and an avowed enemy who tells its military daily that “our main enemy is America,” I would have to submit that this country is set up for a major fall, and very soon.

Negroponte was invoved with the Director of Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff, in making the decision to award the Chinese Communists the US contract to monitor US shipping containers at US ports for nuclear materials and to have the terrorist nation, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), run major US port facilities. It was the UAE that Negroponte associate Adnan Khasoggi used to funnel monies to the 9/11 hijacker Mohammed Atta.

Negroponte as a member of a global Greek shipping family has long been involved in global trade by land and sea with the Communist Chinese. Negroponte headed up the task force from 1996-1997 that negotiated transfer of Panama Canal for Chenese takeover by Hutchinson Whampoa. COSCO, the Communist Chinese sea and land shipping company is already operating at US ports and interstate highways thanks to the efforts of Negroponte. Negroponte has overseen gegotiations and is helping direct implementation of the North American Union, (NAU), the NAU super highway, FFTA, CAFTA, and NAFTA starting when he was ambassador to Mexico 1989-1993 and the lead US negotiator for the NAFTA sellout.

In a classic example of the military strategy, two companies with strong ties to the Chinese government are expanding their presence in the Western Hemisphere while Beijeng tightens its relationship with latin America.

China Ocean Shipping Co. (COSCO), partly owned by the People's Liberation Army (PLA) of China, plans to operate out of Boston beginning next January, while the huge Whampoa company expands its presence in Latin America, now one of Beijing's prime targets.

COSCO, the same company caught red handed trying to smuggle thousands of assault weapons for distribution to US street gangs, already has a strong presence in California and according to the Washington Times is now looking to the US East Coast for new operations, thus straddling the nation.

China's growing shipping dominance and control of international ports through commercial companies such as COSCO, China Shipping Group and Hutchison Whampoa should be viewed within a strategic military framework.

June 21: Chinese Shipping Group (CSG) signed an agreement with American Marine terminal Corp. to jointly operate a dock company, New Century Terminal Ltd., in the US, the offical Xinhua News Agency reports. In addition, CSG will also rent, renovate and expand capabilities of the No. 100-102 dock at LA port. The dock, with an area of 550,000 square meters and 900 meter-long marine line, with an ability to handle 1 million tons of containers, will be completed in 2004.

July 21: Burma's junta's military alliance with China's has led to massive uncontrolled migration of Han Chinese throughout Burma and assures continued repression of both ethnic Burmese and tribal peoples, reports Georgie Anne Geyer in the Washington Times.

In 1996, a COSCO ship was caught by the US Customs Service in Oakland, CA carrying thousands of automatic rifles intended for distribution to US street gangs, in a deal brokered by a Chinese firm tied to the PLA. (what type of gangs? maybe asian)

Grassroots Americans of all parties and economic classes rose up out of their political apathy a few months ago and forced President Bush to reverse his administration's decision to allow a Middle East government to own America's major ports. But the push for foreign ownership continues; the next port scheduled to be taken over is Kansas City, Missouri.

The plan, shrouded in secrecy, has been in the works for at least 3 years, but is now coming to light because of the diligent use of Missouri's Sunshine law by concerned citizens. Joyce Mucci and Francis Semier forced the release of the emails from Kansas City to Mexico, including one admitting that "The space [in Kansas City] would need to be designated as Mexican sovereign territory."

As laid out on SmartPort's webstie, the plan is to enable cheap-labor products made in Communist China to travel in sealed "containers non stop from the Far East by way of Mexico," through "a ships-to-rail terminal at the port of Lazaro Cardenas in Mexico," then up "the evolving trade corridor" to Kansas City, Missouri, shere they would have their first inspection.

The port of Lazaro Cardenas on the west coast of southern Mexico is controlled by Hutchison Whampoa, the same giant Hong Kong shipping firm that owns the ports at both ends of the Panama Canal. (BTW, uncontrolled immigration of Chinese to US at $10,000 pop will be allowed by the Chinese at Cardenas port and by the Mexico's Kansas Port; apparently the corps want slave-labor also and not just asia and there is a slim line between freedom and slavery even for people of the US).

The Chinese are eveing facilities in Texas to Further their economic invasion of the US.

Negitations are under way for communist Beijing to ulitize as "logistic hub" the former Kelly Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, which was closed in 1995 during the Clinton administration's base reduction program.

If the deal is consummated the Chinese will also gain acces to two major Texas ports at Corpus Christi and Houston on the Texas coast of the Gulf of Mexico, an 11,00 foot long airstrip, which part of the Kelly base facilities, rail links with railcar switching facilities its trade with Mexico.

San Antonio will give China access to a highway corridor along I-35, linking San Antonio to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, which is just across the border from Laredo in west Texas.

Nuevo Laredo is a major staging ground for Mexcan drug cartels, which have fostered an atmosphere of lawlessness in the city. Almost daily people, including police, are shot in the streets.

There have also beeen reports that Chinese military units have been operating with Mexican army troops, who assist the drug smugglers and have made incursion into the US.

Chinese state-owned shipping company COSCO has taken over port facilities and warehousing space at the California ports of Los Angeles, San Francisco and Long Beach.

I am worried about protectionist tendencies in the US, people saying, well, we don't want to--really want to compete. Let's just kind of throw up some walls and barriers so people can't sell products into the US. Such policies will damage the Port of Miami; such policies are short-sighted, as far as I'm concerned.

Of all the places in our country, Miami understands the importance of the contribution that the newly arrived can make to a society. Jeb and I just went and had a little coffee at Versailles, which reminded me of the important influence that those who have fled oppression at home can make to our--to our society. It's so hopeful when people who escape repression come to the land of the free and embrace that freedom. (well, he is talking about cubans or Hispancis I suppose but probably chinese also.) ... Of course, we want to enforce our borders. (Bullshit)... That's why we need to have a document that can't be forged anf faked. (smart cards for the 3 americas will fail, then replaced by chips)

In recent months many people have expressed concern about the growing influence of Red China in the U.S. Red China is increasingly energized economically and continues to expand its military. Former White House aide George Stephanopoulos said March 16, 1997 on ABC This Week the administration support of China "reflected the influence of the Council on Foreign Relations(CFR)." Red China has always been part of the New World Order although at a more peripherial level. As the New York Times said in February, 1972 in conjunction with Nixon's opening to Red China, Nixon was "merely reiterating the belief he brought to China that both nations share an interest in peace and building a new world order." On April 24,1997 the Associated Press(AP) said "The Presidents of Russia and China agreed to work toward a new world order in which regional powers would supplant the U.S. as the lone superpower."

China is building a large facility including an ammunition plant in Adelanto, California to distribute its products with 1,000 Chinese workers expected to move in. There are plans to build similar facilities in Charleston, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana. U.S. tax payers are subsidizing a $138 million loan guarantee to build ships for the China Ocean Shipping Co.(COSCO) in Alabama. This company is controlled by the Chinese military. In addition, Panama recently agreed to lease the port on each end of the Panama Canal to a COSCO subsidary, Hutchinson Corporation. According to the March 29, 1997 Charleston Daily Mail, "Panama peremptorily closed the bidding, secretly changed the rules, and simply awarded the contract to Hutchinson before the American or other firms could even know what was happening." Documents show that at least 3 more lucrative deals offered by U.S. companies were rejected. Obviously Panama would not have done this without U.S. urging.

Rep. Traficant complained in Congress that Red China is now going to manufacture boots for the U.S. Army. On April 1, 1997 the AP said for the first time since the 1950s Chinese ships can now dock near U.S. military installations with only a day's notice. And there are plans to bring Chinese troops to the U.S. for training exercises. Yet currently 450 Chinese businesses are under federal investigation for espionage, and China continues to be attacked in the press for illegal campaign contributions to the Democratic/Republican Party. As occurred in the 1930s when the U.S. transferred vast resources to the Nazis, in recent years the U.S. has transferred much economic and military technology to China. COSCO has been attempting, with White House support, to lease the closed naval facility in Long Beach. Under the agreement U.S. Customs could only inspect one in 8 COSCO ships so it will be impossible to prevent illegal drugs and weapons from entering the U.S. Strategic Investments (May, 1997) said the Chinese military has agreed to distribute opium/heroin for Burma. Last year U.S. Customs in Oakland seized 2,000 AK-47s delivered on a COSCO ship. According to federal documents these weapons were going to street gangs in southern California. Wang Jun chairman of Polytech, the manufacturer of these weapons, attended a White House function in February, 1996. On April 14, 1997 the AP said two truckloads of illegal Chinese arms bound for Mexico were found in a San Diego warehouse. According to the evidence there were four other truckloads of arms from China.

Why is Red China interested in arming American street gangs with thousands of weapons. There have been numerous reports that street gangs are being requited to be used as shock troops by the government during a national emergency partly to disarm the public and to make arrests. In June, 1996 the Justice Department said it was going to hold a conference with gang leaders to discuss common problems. The White House on May 13, 1996 said there were 16,000 gangs with 500,000 members. The San Jose Mercury News last year explained how the Contras supplied illegal drugs to the Crips and Bloods in L.A., apparently with CIA knowledge. These two gangs have now spread throughout the country. CIA involvement in smuggling illegal drugs into the U.S. has been documentated for decades by numerous sources. As the Nazis did in Germany before they took control the ruling elite support street gangs so they can be used to terrorize the people.

In the book Fateful Visions, which is edited by members of the CFR, various authors say that as a world government is established secession will not be allowed. Once a consensus has formed to establish a world government, all nations will have to join it. If some nations refuse to do this, it supposedly would threaten peace, so force would be used against them. (See page 211-2) Paul Warburg, a prominent Wall Street CFR leader, testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on February 17, 1950. He said: "We shall have world government whether or not you like it-by conquest or consent."(Hearings on Revision of the UN Charter, p. 494) In the July/August, 1995 issue of Foreign Affairs (p.8) Arthur Schlesinger, Jr. said: "We are not going to achieve a new world order without paying for it in blood as well as in words and money." When influential people openly state these things, reasonable people have a right to be concerned. In hundreds of books, speeches, and journal articles influential people call for a one world government, the end of U.S. sovereignty, and the end of freedoms Americans have long held dear. Place yourself in the shoes of a corporate traitor planning to establish an open police state in America. Tens of millions of Americans are armed and aware that treason is taking place. And there are powerful elements in the military who will not sit by and support a police state. These corporate traitors cannot risk an open confrontation and hope for the best. These armies were immersed in a dark red light. The angel concluded: "Son of the Republic, what you have seen is thus interpreted: Three great perils will come upon the Republic. The most fearful is the third, but in this greatest conflict the whole world united shall not prevail against her. Let every child of the Republic learn to live for his God, his land and the Union." Washington had another vision which is less well known. He saw the Chinese invading the Western U.S. and by Divine intervention they were stopped in the Rocky Mountains.

The Spotlight April 28, 1997 quoted someone as reporting that President Carter signed an agreement with Red China to provide 5 million troops to maintain order in the U.S. if there was a rebellion with the planned takeover by 2,000. Another source told me Red China will be given land in the Western states. Recently a BBC documentary was shown in London with Chinese troops practicing amphibious landings in the Formosa Straits. When BBC newsmen were allowed to interview some of these soldiers, they asked: "What are you preparing to use this training for?" The soldiers said: "For the coming invasion of America!" The scheduled rebroadcast the next day of this documentary was cancelled.

The Senate passed Amendment 1122 to the 1993 crime bill to bring Hong Kong police into the U.S. to join our federal police. (Congressional Record November 5, 1993 S15183. See Section 5108 in this bill.) With Red China now controlling Hong Kong, this law would have provided legal cover to bring Red Chinese troops into the U.S. This clause was defeated in the joint House/Senate conference.

On November 30, 1994 NBC Evening News quoted the Pentagon as saying there were 5,000 foreign troops in the U.S. There are many other reports of foreign troops in the U.S. While individual foreign troops have come to the U.S. for military training for years, today entire units enter the U.S. and the press openly describes joint military exercises with these soldiers such as in N.C. and Fort Polk, La. In addition, foreign military equipment including tanks are now stored at various bases across the U.S. such as in Alamogordo, N.M. and Billings, MT. The German Air Force now has units at Holloman Air Base, N.M.

This is another convenient excuse to send U.S. troops overseas and to bring communist troops here.

While there are an undetermined number of foreign troops in the U.S. today, foreign troops in growing concentrations are secretly stationed in Canada and Mexico. Col. Ammerman (retired) and others state that so many Russian troops are in the Mountains of Mexico that there are food shortages in that country. New rail tracks are being laid in Canada and reportedly tunnels between Russia and Alaska and Canada have been built.

Meanwhile the American military has been cut by one-third in manpower since 1989 with over 200,000 U.S. troops stationed overseas. More cuts in the military have just been proposed and bases continue to be closed. On May 10, 1994 the Combat Arms Survey was given to 300 marines at the Twenty-nine Palms Marine Corps base. Questions included "I am a UN fighting person." Many questions asked if the soldiers would serve under UN command. Question 46 said if the U.S. gave citizens 30 days to disarm and if Americans refused to surrender their weapons, "I would fire upon U.S. citizens who refuse or resist confiscation of firearms banned by the U.S. government." Other military personnel have been asked similar questions. Moreover, the military and FEMA continue to conduct late-night exercises in numerous cities using live ammunition and low-flying helicopters.

The most likely scenario to occur is that tens of thousands of foreign troops will be openly brought into the U.S. to patrol the streets. The most effective way to achieve this is to do it out in the open with the national press lieing about exactly what was happening. Once entrenched these invaders, probably supported by street gangs and Gestapo elements of the federal police, will start seizing guns and arresting patriots. Such an invasion would radicalize the country unlike any event since the Civil War and widespread fighting would soon erupt. The NBC Evening News April 16, 1996 said: "5,000 police officers from around the world" will protect the Olympics in Atlanta. Newsweek June 24, 1996 said "foreign law enforcement agencies" would protect the Olympics. This event was the first time since the War of 1812 that foreign troops patrolled a U.S. city. Was this a test case for the future? The Chicago Tribune, on Sept. 29, 1993 presented an editorial by Bob Greene describing many problems in the U.S. He said the U.S. desperately needed a UN multinational force.

Many influential people call for a UN army to promote and maintain a world government. Books like A World Effectively Controlled By the UN, Introduction to World Peace Through World Law, and World Peace through World Law describes these plans in great detail. Aside from local police who will carry small arms, the entire world is to be disarmed except for a powerful UN army. In 1961 the U.S. State Department issued a publication, Freedom From War, outlining in detail plans to disarm the U.S. military and establish a UN army. In 1992, UN Secretary General Boutros Ghali presented An Agenda For Peace calling for a permanent UN army. The report said: "The time of absoute and exclusive sovereignty has passed," and it listed reasons that would justify the UN using its army to intervene in a nation. Senator Boren in the New York Times August 26, 1992, said the world needs a UN army to create a New World Order. On June 27, 1995 the New York Times called for a UN army. Foreign Policy magazine presented an article (Winter 1992-93, p. 3-21) that actually listed nations to be taken over by the UN. The use of UN troops in Somalia and Bosnia exemplifies the coming trend. Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott(CFR) said (Time, December 14, 1992, p.35) "once a country utterly loses its ability to govern itself, it also loses its claim to sovereignty and should become a ward of the UN."

If there is an open move to establish a police state four other events might occur. First, another foreign conflict might be created by the ruling elite. A war in Korea or the Middle east would be most likely with many U.S. troops sent overseas. Second, foreign troops in Canada and Mexico would be greatly increased. Third, phony excuses would be created to have a national emergency requiring martial law in the U.S. Once again the militias will be falsely blamed. Many plans exist for FEMA to take control during a national emergency with the Constitution and Bill of Rights being suspended, as Jack Anderson noted in October, 1984. Numerous Executive Orders exist that would take away all our rights. Fourth, with many senior officers supporting the Consititution, there might be late night raids to arrest and remove hundreds of officers. There could be an announcement that there was a military coup threatened by officers with a call backed by the national press to support the president. Many people would be fooled into this lie just as most German citizens supported the phony national emergency created by Hitler. While I do not assume this plan would work, those in the military loyal to the Constitution have erred in not yet releasing documents such as on the internet showing that treason is taking place. Educating the public is essential.

I am not saying that an open dictatorship in U.S. will actually occur in the near future but the threat is clear. The secret government has long used the gradual approach to take away our rights. Now as their power grows some in the ruling elite want to shift to blunt force to have an open police state. Much depends on how unified and loyal the U.S. military remains. Obviously these foreign countries are not interested in being attacked by nuclear missiles and the many secret weapons the U.S. military possesses. If military officers loyal to the Constitution took aggressive actions against the corporate traitors promoting the New World Order, this would have an important impact.

It was bad enough when citizens recently learned that the Marine Corps would have to step aside so that the former U.S.. Navy base at Long Beach could be leased to the China Ocean Shipping Company, or Cosco. Then the Washington Times reported that another Chinese firm closely associated with Cosco, Hutchison Whampoa Ltd., has been awarded control of two ports that sit astride the Panama Canal.

These deals represent the crossing of two unsettling trends. One is the economic growth of China: Beijing's $40 billion trade surplus with the United States, which is used to fund China's military expansion, is the fodder of policy wonks. The advance of China's red flag into California and Panama, however, is something the average citizen cannot miss.

The second trend is the downsizing of America's position in the world, as demonstrated by base closings and the withdrawal from areas such as the Panama Canal. The Clinton administration has pushed deep defense cuts and military withdrawals, claiming the country no longer can afford to maintain the strength it possessed only a few years ago. Yet, Clinton thinks we can afford to transfer billions in trade deficits, investments and technology to the communist regime in China to build up its power.

Cosco is not a private enterprise. It is an arm of the Chinese government and an auxiliary to the People's Liberation Army (see "PLA Espionage Means Business," March 24). When Polytechnologies, the division of the PLA's general staff department which handles gun-running operations, tried to smuggle 2,000 AK-47 fully-automatic assault rifles into Los Angeles for sale to street gangs, Cosco naturally was chosen as the shipping line to deliver the goods.

Obviously, something bad is going to happen in the near future. Who is the real enemy? The politicians who have decided to go with the world banks and sold-out we-the-people of the US. BTW, Bush signed the NAFTA monster highway agreement in 2005, so you got until 2010 before you see the amero dollar--see the connection with euro dollar. United Europe and United Asia is done.

I don't see how China, or anyone else could possibly hope to make war on the U.S. by INVADING. You realize we have plenty of nuclear armed submarines at all times travelling the worlds oceans? Even if the whole U.S. was destroyed, those subs would rain death down on any enemy.

On the other hand I can certainly see any number of nations or a bloc of them engaging in economic warfare against the U.S. and China is certainly in an excellent position to do just that... they could probably cause a total economic collapse within a week and I don't think there is really any defense against such a thing... at least not with the U.S. as deep in as it is.

Seem far-fetched? Then know this: a few years ago I had a nephew who attended the Command and Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. When his class graduated, a general from the Pentagon flew in to give the graduation speech. When he was introduced, it was mentioned that he was a member of the Council on Foreign Relations-whose mission in life is to develop a one world government (the New World Order) and who were the founders of the United Nations. This particular general stated in his speech that (paraphrasing)“due to the build down or our armed forces, should we be deployed or committed on two or more fronts in the future and a major emergency occurs here, we will be forced to call upon foreign assets to police our streets.”

You are assuming that you can trust the politicians and military leaders. This is a wrong assumption because
1. The NAFTA monster highway deal was signed off last year in total secrecy. Why? Would any politician admit that he totally opened our borders to foreign invaders. Nope.
2. The above general admitted that if we fought on 2 or more fronts, and we had any rebellions here at home, the government would need foreign assets to control it.
Stop being gullible. Our leaders are lieing all the time, and keeping all their evil deals secret. Everything is done in darkness, not in the light of the day.
