Conspicuous By His Absence
Hello to one and all
Thought I would wave to old members and introduce myself for other people. ![]() I'm a old moderator at the previous forum. my old profile ... Filesharing is my thing ! I've been busy with other stuff and was off line for a while earlier this year and I never got around to signing up here at the new site. I am still involved in other sites and you are all invited to check out the Grassy Knoll's and Smoking Guns - Releases & Discussion section at FTi, -that section may be of interest to a few people from here if you don't know about it already, (membership required, it's free to join). I have still been putting up a few torrents on the tracker tho' lately and posted some stuff to usenet the other day under the Conspiracy Central banner so thought I should come join up and post the links here. .. I kinda flooded the forum with some of the lastest goodies, a bit of a mixed bag but see if there anything of interest to you:ok: (in my haste I realised I dupe posted some things in the nzb section but I can't seem to find the delete button, if staff have time perhaps you could del the double posts for me?. thx, sorry 'bout that) Anyhow - I will be posting files for ed2k, bt and usenet and making occassional smartarsed replies, Greetings to Conspiracy Central and it's members old and new groovy smilies btw ... I kinda like the new site already :freaked: |

![]() ------------------ &I've come to the conclusion, after having spent many years in politics, is that our presidential elections turn out to be more of a charade than anything else, and I think that is true today. It is a charade,& - Ron Paul, Sept 2008. ------------------ We're in a lot of trouble, watch this - http://www.youtube.com/v/3L3QVn4JyYA ------------------ ![]() ![]() ------------------ You cannot tax someone's labor because that is slavery - Ed Brown, June 18 2007 ------------------ The world's &freeest& country has the highest number in prison. - arundhati roy ------------------ The crisis of modern democracy is a profound one. Free elections, a free press and an independent judiciary mean little when the free market has reduced them to commodities available on sale to the highest bidder. - arundhati roy ------------------ The era of manufacturing consent has given way to the era of manufacturing news. Soon media newsrooms will drop the pretense, and start hiring theater directors instead of journalists. - arundhati roy ------------------ The structure of capitalism is flawed. The motor that powers it cannot but vastly increase the disparity between the poor and the rich globally and within countries as well. Parecon is a brave argument for replacing that flawed machine and offers a much needed -- more equitable, democratic, participatory -- alternative economic vision. - arundhati roy ------------------ [The choice between John Kerry and George Bush] is not a real choice. It's an apparent choice. Like choosing a brand of detergent. Whether you buy Ivory Snow or Tide, they're both owned by Proctor & Gamble. - arundhati roy ------------------ No government's condemnation of terrorism is credible if it cannot show itself to be open to change by nonviolent dissent - arundhati roy ![]() ------------------ Dr. Hermann Oberth who pioneered rocket design for the German Reich during World War II and later advanced rocket technology for the American manned space launches, cryptically stated: "We cannot take the credit for our record advancement in certain scientific fields alone; we have been helped." When asked by whom, he replied: "The people of other worlds." |

WB, I hope you have enough energy to write up a new FAQ section!
good to have such a huge uploader back. The belief in 'coincidence' is the prevalent superstition of the Age of Science. &I don't understand why you're taking such a belligerant tone when you're obviously the ignorant one here. & -triplesix |

thx for the warm welcome everybody,
* Tim Osman comes in out of the cold. .. it just took me a while to get my shit together ... I did get the new connection that I wanted for my house so it's not all bad and I've been making good use of it *heheh* . 23 euro / 15mb down / 1 mb up / unlimited data tranfer / with usenet access and some other goodies included @harflimon For forum content and info, I have copies of everything so I will repost some things, use the old forum FAQ in the meantime if needed http://control-alt-delete.ca/v-web/bulleti...wforum.php?f=19 or some more here http://www.666fs.com/viewforum.php?f=14 or some guides and useful links are in my shared folder too http://dyslexik.has.it yeah sure Ctrl, if you like that would be good  , I'm forum moderator at a few places but can do here as well . ... then I can delete my fuckups and make announcements and stickies (also if possible can you open up the permissions in the ed2k section on the old site to make it public? I will make links to some of the things instead of reposting them all - TIA ) |
