Camp Justice Built And/or Funded By The U.s.?

Hey there,

I was listening to Alex Jone's show the other day and he was doing an interview with some guest, I forget
the guest's name, but whoever he was interviewing was saying that the gallows at Camp Justice in Iraq were funded by the United States government. Can anyone verify this? If you can, please drop a link that makes this official or an article that explains more on this subject please.

It would be beneficial to know more about this because that Saddamn hanging video is peculiar anyway. It's obviously made to try and fuel the anger of the Sunni's, continuing the civil strife in that country to perpetuate their dirty war.
