Are State Tumor Registry Statistics Available Under Foi?

Somewhere in something I posted somewhere here within about one week's time, in a Loren Moret article from a site with a grey-colored background, detailed the horror of contaminated milk from cows exposed to radiation from proximity to nuclear power plants being shipped to inner cities...ugh...on purpose.

I SEE COWS...Chilling, isn't it.

In the USA, the State Department of Health maintains Tumor Registry data in five states I believe. Would be interesting if Pennsylvania was one of them as they contain perfect demographic information and the entire epidemiologic history, as it is a requirement for each diagnosed malignancy in a state to be reported under the state's Public Health Code to the Tumor Registry where it is all coded.
