What Was The Phoenix Programme?
As a general overview, the Phoenix Programme was officially run in Viet Nam and Laos as a counter-insurgency terrorism and assassination campaign against Vietnamese civilians. Run as a CIA and military intel operation it is documented that in Vietnam they killed 40,000 civilians suspected or targeted as aiding the enemy. Sound familiar? It should... you're soaking in it. It's now being introduced as the "enemy combatant and extraordinary rendition policy" currently with later expansion to target dissidents and those they deem enemies of the state. Off the books an earlier incarnation was used in the US by William Sullivan, the FBI, the CIA and the military intel community to harrass, harry and murder revolutionaries and dissidents during the height of the Anti-war, Black and American Indian radical movements during the late 1960's and '70's. The video is an excellent breakdown however I'm not sold on the electromagnetic attacks on US dissidents in the last third of it. The two-thirds previous to it are definitely must watch facts and analysis and you'll see why.

What Was The Phoenix Programme?
I love you Hei Hu.
P.S. In Lethal Weapon, Danny Glover mentions that Mel Gibson was in the Phoenix program. The movie is also about "rogue" cia and mercs shipping in heroin from Laos and Cambodia. |

Thx Hei
Blessed [are] the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Matt 5:9 KJV Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth? Gal 4:16 KJV &The most dangerous man,to any government,is the man who is able to think things out for himself...
