SMOKERS will be ordered to stub out their fags - by talking alarms.

Councils, hospitals and firms are buying special alarms that warn smokers they are breaking the law by lighting up.

Hundreds of the Big Brother devices are going up all over the country ahead of the smoking ban coming in next week.

From July 1 smoking will be outlawed in virtually all public places including offices, factories, pubs, bars, bus shelters and even cars and homes if they are used for work.

Pubs and restaurants have already been told they will have to display prominent “no smoking” signs.

Now hundreds are buying the new alarms because they face massive fines if they fail to stop people puffing.

Individuals caught lighting up in a smoke-free place will face a £50 on-the-spot fine, which could rise to £200 if the case goes to court.

Companies that allow smoking in banned areas will be fined £2,500.

And bosses have been told they must spy on staff and report them if they flout the ban.

The new alarms can detect someone lighting up within 10 feet. The flame from a match or lighter triggers the alarm and a female voice booms out: “We wish to remind you that this is a no smoking area. Please extinguish all tobacco.”

They aint got enough 'Organs' to attack smokers, who else can they use?
Traffic wardens and there new powers ?

BTW Alan Watt said in one of his recent blurbs that he found smoking (I assume he means just rolled tobacco as he mentioned gold virginia) to combat the effects of chemtrails. Alan said that american indians now have tobacco smoke going all the time. I guess its to combat the latest manifestation of the white mans' insanity.
Strange though, an apparent about-face as they used to consider tobacco far too powerful to smoke directly in the form of cigarettes or rollies, though they found it to be strong medicine. Medicine men will light some tobacco in the dwelling of a patient to aid healing.

I was thinking along similar lines, Maggot.

Why is it so important to stop people from smoking? It sure isn't because TPTB are concerned about our health? There must be some benefit of tobacco that thwarts their plans....similar lines to marijuana possibly. Pot helps to break brainwashing so perhaps tobacco does something similar.

Start growing our own whatever it is we smoke
same goes for fruit and veg (dont smoke those!)
if you dont have open space like a garden it doesnt matter
as you can grow heaps of things indoors too.

What gets me about the whole situation is that cigarettes are taxed
and are a main income and profit for the government
so by giving out these fines to people is it going to make up for their loss
in profits on cigarettes (which most of that money goes in their pockets)

Smoking isn't good for you, I know because I've done it since I was 11. I think it's a control thing with "them' because they sure don't care about the poison we're eating. Not only do I like to smoke but also I just don't like being told what to do based on what they think.

Its about them telling us what to do, thats all it amounts to.

My local paper had a story of a girl (she was 16) who left a wooden (that bio-degradable folks, its a piece of freaking wood) lolly stick on a wall and a warden fined her £50. I thought, what about all the wooden branches, twigs and leaves falling from the trees? Is the Government going to fine the trees £50 each time a leaf falls off? No, because you can't exploit a tree financially, it will never pay the £50, it will never have any fear of you trying to fine it £50 but with humans... well they can be exploited in a million unfair ways.

If I got fined £50 for dropping a lolly stick I swear to god I would just run away, shouting "why don't you get a real job" as I am running away. These wardens could fine 5 people a day and that £250 a day = £1250 a week! The wardens don't even get paid a QUARTER OF THAT so who is getting all the money? Where is this money spent?

Oops sorry folks it wasn't £50 it was £75 and she offered to put it in a bin and still got the fine, crying etc...
